老闆人很好，非常熱情，貼心，能夠為顧客着想，讓人很舒心。酒店在景區內，環境很好，距離遊客服務中心較遠，但離香爐山峯纜車處很近（步行即可前往），酒店設施齊全，床墊舒服，還有電褥。美中不足的是因為天氣原因，杜鵑花沒有開，但是也正如此，遊客不是太多，雲霧繚繞，別是另一種感受。推薦

位置：從景區入口乘擺渡車約50分鐘到達，店在路邊，周圍沒有吃耍的地方，但是對面小路風景不錯，容易出片。需要坐擺渡車來回景點就在店門口等，招手即停，有位子就走。設施：酒店帶一部電梯，客房較多，以標間和大床房為主，因為在山林，不免有些蟲子相伴。不知道什麼原因，我們開的幾間房都無法反鎖，正常關門是沒問題的。深夜房間內有微弱持續噪音，可能是隔壁空調外機？反正我沒開空調。太困了也就湊合睡了。淋浴的水不熱，我衹洗了頭沒洗澡。早餐：早七點到八點開放自助早餐，有饅頭、稀飯、豆漿、素菜和雞蛋。吃麪或別的要單獨收費。服務：考慮到是賞葉旺季，提前一週在同城旅行上訂的，價格每天都在跌，最大差價近百元，也不能退了重訂，僅可以在平台上申訴一次。有點氣憤的是我們夜間到店後老闆説沒查到預訂訊息，幸好不是最最火熱的時節，還剩了幾間房，否則我們就衹能臨時找別店了。和老闆、平台周旋了幾十分鐘後，我們向老闆申請才住下，大廳也冷。我們是他們家今年最後一批客人，老闆説第二天就放假了，羨慕呀！來深山老林住當然也不能太講究，差不多也就得了，我也就事論事，給其他旅客一些參考。

酒店的外面周圍紅葉很漂亮房間比較大，就在景區裏，早上醒來就可以溜達了。酒店裡的餐廳很好，量也足。老闆人不錯，我們走的時候給他打電話就會把行李送到大巴車中轉站。

為了看日出特地定了景區內的酒店，確實挺方便，擺渡車路過酒店可以直接停，酒店整體都挺好的，推薦住！主要還是米倉山入口到大壩的時間太長，直接住裏面，第二天遊玩能避免擁堵！

酒店位置很優越，住着安靜悠然，離黑熊溝2公里，離香爐山索道大概4-5公里，回首還可以去星空露營基地逛逛，看看，外邊還有一籃球場。酒店服務挺好，阿姨們很熱情，因為淡季，所以早餐沒有準備自助，衹能以桌餐供應，但是菜品豐富夠吃（考慮到這個價格，個人覺得很實誠）晚餐吃了一頓點餐，價格肯定比景區範圍外貴點，但是分量足，味道很不錯。最後是最核心的住宿，酒店有點年頭，設施確實有點老舊，但整體是乾淨整潔的，稍微給各位提個醒，山裡濕度大，被子可能略微有點潮濕，但是酒店也備的有電熱毯，最好提前用電熱毯烘一下。最後給店家提幾個不成熟的建議，一是過道燈在非休息時間最好常開，第一眼又黑又窄很影響客人的第一印象。二是部分電器設備要視情況更換了，我住的那屋的電吹風連出風口的遮蔽網都沒有了，存在一定安全風險。另外，店家有賣香爐山索道的來回票，比幾個平台還要便宜點。

設施舊，衞生差，小窗台上都是灰，豪華單人間小得展不開箱子，三間房，一間淋浴房水漏不下去，一間馬桶蓋揭開不忍直視，一間鎖是壞的，窗關不嚴，晚上冷風滲進來，最讓人無語的是被老闆諷刺我們在網上訂房價格，暗諷我們不知道打電話定。位置在景區裏面，可以節約遊玩時間，其他真是一言難盡。相比前台（可能是老闆）其他服務人員態度挺好。總之，後悔沒定旁邊大壩的酒店。

預訂房間出了點小插曲，在攜程客服細緻耐心的協調下，得以圓滿解決。該店位於景區內，環境好，近黑熊溝，去各景點換乘也方便，店內可就餐，店內設施衞生較好，老闆熱情，整體比較滿意。

房間簡陋，也不大。在節日景區入住，性價比不高，好處就是先於大批人流到來在景點遊玩。還有不好的地方是，入住還要買門票。
