房間簡潔乾淨，靠着河道，正好逢山裡大雨，每天晚上都有河道的流水聲相伴，老闆做菜特別好吃，都是當地的原汁原味的菜，正逢中秋佳節，還有自製的月餅一起分享，早上一份滿滿的好吃的麪，衹要10元！每天送我們到景點大門，服務很好，特別感謝，以後有機會來一定再次入住。

國慶自駕巴中，入住這家別院相當奈斯，衞生乾淨整潔，老闆服務很好，而且這家飯菜特好吃，如有機會自駕漢中，還得選住此家民宿。

由於第一晚定的酒店住的有點撇，第二晚一定要找個好點的住宿，所以看了這家，就在光霧山鎮上，燕子嶺索道下一點，酒店不錯，是自家修的四層樓，落地窗，床鋪被褥睡起很舒服，衞生間也很乾凈，就是網上圖那樣，最好的是他們家的飯菜好吃，還有燉湯類，炒菜好吃，我們點了小炒黃牛肉，茶樹菇炒臘肉，好吃，很下飯，第二天早餐起晚了老闆還給我們煮的煎蛋麪，一人10塊，反正很滿意，推薦入住。千萬別去住後面那一排農家樂，很撇，這家觀山別院算是去光霧山不錯的選擇，雖然比後面農家樂高一倍的價但是值得，就是位置有點不好找，就在消防支隊右手邊坡坡下面，已經給老闆反應了建議做一個牌子，不然真的有點不好找。反正推薦入住哈。

房間就是一般的民房改的，一樓是餐廳，二樓三樓是客房，一年就做夏季和紅葉季，相對設施而言價格偏貴，但老闆炒菜很好吃，服務態度也很好，下水道堵了馬上上來疏通，還幫忙搬運行李，就是希望能把房間再提升改造一下。
