洗澡沒有熱水，洗澡間下水管道堵塞，搞得整個衞生間都是水，完全沒辦法使用，管家來了也沒有辦法解決。早餐也很差，完全對不起這個房價！真心很失望…

光霧山最好的酒店了，衹可惜去的時候下雨天，院子什麼的完全用不上。另套房不能聯通，下雨天我們一家人走動就不是很方便。另外有一個房間的地暖面板出了問題，還少了一扇窗簾。個人覺得這個價位且沒有滿房的情況下應該合理規避給客人瑕疵的房間。

硬件標準非常高，達到該價位的價值，全家居住起來非常舒服，周邊環境不錯，就在光霧山景區內，風景優美，出門就可以沿路開始徒步旅行，服務也很人性化，儘量滿足顧客的所有需求，不過還是要建議一下運營管理的上層管理者，員工都是很有服務意識並且態度很好的，但明顯沒受過專業酒店訓練，在服務標準上是沒有流程並且不專業的，這點不值這個五星級酒店價位

這次預訂的酒店愛到心坎裏，提前一天就有專門管家聯繫發放景區車輛通行證，去了之後管家、工作人員王強、領導劉林總、還有餐廳老闆超級熱情貼心，因為我們去的人多小孩多，要求問題難免多些，一會拿這一會拿那的，他們都可以積極響應，及時滿足，阿姨們打掃衞生也很及時主動，而且是主動與我們溝通不在的時候來徹底清潔，做到了充分不幹擾。最主要的是房間環境太好了，每天清晨起來縈繞在雲霧中的感覺，置身於山林中，小朋友們充分釋放了自我，玩的很開心，酒店工作人員小哥哥、小姐姐還在直播房品，可以看到他們的工作環境都超友愛，去了以後出了光霧山，還有景區的兩個小景點：兩河口、米倉古道可以遊玩，酒店設施自動化水平很高，傢俱很新，裝修都很有格調， 下次秋天可以再去一次，欣賞一下中國第一的紅葉美景，推薦！！！！
