房間牙刷都沒有，打電話讓拿説庫房下班了。很無語。床單上也有污漬、碎髮。酒店房間和茶樓在一層，感覺沒有私密性，也不安全。房間小，不值這個價格😒

虛假宣傳，房間都沒窗户是假窗。吵，本是茶樓打麻將的地方，改了幾間客房，半夜12點以後還有打麻將的客人的聲音，服務人員的聲音，吵的根本沒辦法睡覺。衞生間比房間地面高出30公分晚上去廁所要小心，有長者小孩可太慘了。

環境還不錯 酒店設施確實很有吸引力 但是這個智能系統跟個**一樣 不好喚醒 普通話也不好識別出來 衞生間洗漱台旁邊的插座不通電 想吹頭髮衹能出來吹
