設施：除了吹風機的插座不在近鏡台邊，使用不方便之外，其他都不錯。特別是抽水馬桶設計很好，非接觸開關，很喜歡。
衞生：非常滿意，這點對旅遊者來説是最重要的。
環境：停車場比較遠，道路也很窄，門店前台也很小，值班人員比較少。公用設施不是很乾凈。
服務：一般，前台也沒有任何介紹當地的美食餐飲和旅遊景點。

進店時大堂前台無人，旁邊有一男一女低頭打手機遊戲，站了一會女的問我幹什麼？我説辦入住，她才不情願走過來幫我辦手續。我問車子停那？她冷冷地説：沒車位了，然後就不再説話。後來我又跟她交涉，她才帶我到對面一個收費停車場，並且要第二天九點前離開。

挺無語的，下午5:00訂房6:06想協商退就已經退不了，因為該酒店連車位都提供不了，讓我們停在路邊，早起8:00去挪車，一進電梯臟兮兮的煙頭就在眼前，智能馬桶衹是擺設根本不智能，隔音約等於沒有，廁所紙巾薄薄小小一卷，可吐槽的太多了，有一説一：三百多塊錢根本不值，一半價差不多，比起我們第二天住的漢中兩百多的差太遠了

不管是前台小姐姐還是客房阿姨服務態度都很好，很有耐心，衞生也很乾凈，環境也很舒適，雖然是在老城這邊，但是出門還是很方便的，樓下就是一條商業街，往前走100米左右就是老城的中心廣場，購物吃飯都很方便，往南門橋方向走橋上有夜市，有各種各樣的小吃。值得推薦！！！

房間設施設備新，衞生打掃的也很乾凈，雙床房一般都是小床，這個房間的床是1.5米的 很大， 一家四口住着一點都不覺得擠，晚上還可以投影給寶貝一起看個電影，真的很愜意，周邊有很多小吃，我家寶貝可喜歡了，下次再來這邊還會選擇這家，真的很棒很奈斯！

第二次入住了，我真的是太喜歡這家的投影設備了，看電影，聽歌，真的很舒服!個人很喜歡!每次過來都是住他家，房間真的很大，性價比超高!衞生也非常的好，乾淨細緻!服務態度也超級好，前台小姐姐很熱情!（比如我想去周邊轉一轉，但不是很熟悉路，小姐姐都是很耐心的跟我講）超級温柔!他們家還有個機器人可以送外賣。
