看到南澗有連鎖酒店，打電話很快就接通了，前台很有耐心聽我的訴求，回答的非常乾脆清楚，必須點個贊。所以我果斷就下單了，到酒店了 辦入住非常快速，前台也很熱情的跟我介紹了當地出名的熱油粉。房間也是乾淨舒適，床很軟很舒服，採光不錯。小姐姐説櫻花大概是12月中旬開，等櫻花開了再來還是選擇住你們家酒店。

前台小姐姐服務很好很熱情，還給我們免費升級了房型。
房間和衞生就是普通百元價位小酒店的水平吧，湊合住一晚上還行。
但令我震撼的是這家店居然有一台洗烘乾一體機，還是TCL的。當天晚上得以洗了並且烘乾了所有臟衣服。烘乾機對衹停留一晚上想洗衣服又怕曬不乾的住客來説真是太實用啦。

看了是南澗比較好一點的了，來體驗了感覺是真的很不錯，小姐姐全程熱情、很有耐心介紹當地好吃一點的飯館、特色。入住時候送了一次性的蒸汽眼罩、一次性的潔麪、水和乳液。退房時候會問我們感受，可以給她們反饋。房間也是非常的明亮、前台小姐姐説酒店的床墊很軟，確實不錯👍超級滿意。體驗超出預期。背景音樂也好聽！

第一次到南澗出差，是同事介紹過來的， 入住體驗是非常可以的。酒店服務真的無可挑剔了，從我進入大門的那一刻起，前台小姐姐就熱情相迎，需求都能迅速滿足。衞生是非常的乾淨。酒店是今年才重新裝修了一下，房間佈置很簡潔明亮，公共區域有免費的咖啡，酒店1樓有洗衣機是帶烘乾的。
