真的沒想到，酒店嚴重超出預期的好！本來衹打算住一晚，結果孩子強烈要求再續住一晚。前台跟禮賓服務熱情周到。我父親腿不好，禮賓的小孟跟小張馬上找來輪椅，進出酒店跟去餐廳用早餐都推着我父親過去，真的很感動，可以看出服務細微。酒店大氣高雅，房間乾淨衞生沒有衞生死角，早餐品類繁多。有坐在户外泳池邊，感覺就是三亞，酒店就在南湖湖畔，整體被綠植包圍，安靜舒適。不管是附近的人過來休閑放鬆還是商務出差，家庭旅行，這裏都是一個很好的選擇。

服務一級棒👍必須説一下禮賓的小孟晚上開酒店的觀光車帶我們在裏面轉了一圈，介紹了一下當地的特色；第二天禮賓部的小張熱情的歡送我們，還精心準備了水果；還有餐飲的經理，不知道姓什麼，但是很熱情，晚上的自助給我們開了紅酒，一直問有什麼需要聯繫他就好。有一種賓至如歸的感覺。
