這是南豐唯一的高檔酒店，酒店從外觀到大堂，房間，都高端大氣上檔次，堪比五星級酒店。房間寬敞舒適，夜晚安靜。衞生間乾濕分離，且寬敞，配置浴缸。早餐豐盛。周邊有很多飯店。

重點：全家人在吃了餐廳早飯之後都拉肚子了，兩個人還急性腸胃炎，上吐下瀉，發熱。早上家人還看到餐廳工作人員把麻球麪包啥的直接堆在桌子上，很不衞生。一個四星級酒店這樣的衞生條件，實在堪憂。
設施：裝修是歐式風格，比較華麗。但是年代稍微有點久了，設施有點陳舊。電視很小，還很糊。陽台被鎖，衹有一點點縫可以透氣。空調一點都使不上力，最高温度的熱空調都沒什麼效果。
衞生：衞生條件極差，枕頭套上有腳印，床單上有毛髮，地毯上有瓜子，桌子上有很多污漬。廁所間馬桶沒有洗乾淨，有糞漬，水龍頭上有牙膏，浴缸裏有**和很多污漬。
服務：保潔的服務很熱情，很好。前台人手不夠，讓客人等待很久，沒有任何錶示，語氣也比較不耐煩，做好登記後把我身份證都落下忘記還我了，沒有仔細檢查。保安停車卸行李下課不懂變通，經理也是態度比較差，衹是一味這裏不讓停，也不給出解決辦法。餐廳煮麪大姨一直在和工作人員聊天，對客人愛搭不理，脾氣語氣都不好。
