Hotels Near Wanshou Palace (Shiyao Road) in Nanchang

All the rooms have carpet, so imagine. My first room was nonsmoking by sign alone. The smell, ashtray and cigarette burns on the carpet said otherwise. The second room was similar. Both rooms AC return filters looked like velvet. I’m surprised any air enters. The third room was nicer than the first and the smell was only the carpet. The non smoking elevator lobbies have ashtrays too, with fresh ashes in the sand. Clearly, guests are getting mixed signals. Threaten the deposit if smoking in non smoking rooms or areas!! I am picky, and I took only one star off because everything else was very clean. The breakfast selection, venue, and views were awesome! Overall, it’s a good price for what you get.

Great location, just next to a metro station, which can reach both high speed train stations directly. Also close to the 八一广场. Service was excellent with very good hotel staff. Fruits were sent to the room every evening. After I checked out, I met a hotel staff at the metro station who helped me to carry the luggage down the staircase to the metro station as there is no escalator going down. Thanks to the hotel staff, I enjoyed my stay in the hotel very much.

Super invincible and full marks. I brought my parents to Nanchang to visit. For convenience, I booked a parent-child room. The location is very good. It is very close to the Wanshou Palace and Tengwang Pavilion. There is also the subway within two steps. The room is very big. Everything at the front desk is super clean. The young brothers, young ladies, and the cleaning aunts are all so polite and it seems that the usual training is very good. Their affection is better than that of a large number of hotels that are much more expensive! ! ! Special praise to the front desk guy who accidentally stained the sheets at around three o'clock in the middle of the night. He went to the front desk to find someone. The ladies at the front desk, Mi Le and Minou, provided very good service. They also served tea and warm water during check-out. Check-in was also very fast. The books in the bamboo house were neatly arranged and there was a sofa. The room was hygienic and clean, and the hot water came out quickly. The TV can project the screen, the Atour mattress is very comfortable, there is a laundry room and a gym, and late-night porridge is served in the evening, which is very considerate. The room is very comfortable and the hotel is in a very good location. It is very close to Wanshou Palace, Tengwang Pavilion and Dashuyuan and can be reached by walking. It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay. 3. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. Room Size: While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. Noise: Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers. Who It’s Best For:

We used the hotel for a quick stopover. Location is brilliant, right across the road from Teng Pavillon and only a quick Taxi ride to the major sights. The staff was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was awesome, also considering the relatively low price. There were salad, fruits, bread, cold cuts, cheese, chinese dishes, variety of eggs, noodles typical steamed items etc. so both Chinese and Western selections. The rooms are not new, but were absolutely clean (no carpet in the room), everything worked properly and it suits the price - considering the hotel location it is a very good deal.

The newly opened hotel in 2024 is just near Nanchang West Station, a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is very smart, and all kinds of home appliances, curtains, etc. can be awakened by Xiaodu. The hotel front desk can provide steam eye masks, rubber bands, iodine cotton swabs, makeup remover paper and other small items, which are very practical. Because I am sensitive to smoke, Chen Ling, the foreman, upgraded me to a parent-child room when there was no room in the hotel, and I lived very comfortably. The hotel's afternoon tea is good, with Western snacks, nuts, tea and drinks. Although there are not many varieties of morning tea, Nanchang mixed noodles and clay pot soup are particularly delicious!

This stay is definitely the great experience. Very clean and comfortable. Firstly the room is stylish with comfortable atmosphere. Secondly the air condition system is very powerful and easy to control. Thirdly the bed and pillows are super quality. Also, the location is very good. Only 5 minutes distance by foot to underground station. Most attractive places are around The Line 2 and Line 4. Finally the most important is the value of the money.
