Good position, very big structure. Rooms are spacious and have all what is needed. The service is good, but not 5 stars. The guy who met us at the entrance just helped to take out of the car the luggage, after that he put it on the ground and left. Some of the stuff speak English which is a plus. They have a lot of amenities for kids. The cleaning is average.

Thank you very much to Zirou and Xiaojian for your service, whether it is confirmation in advance or service during your stay. All very satisfactory to me. We enjoyed a wonderful weekend and will stay at this hotel again next time whether we or our friends come to Nanchang. The hotel is in a very good location, only 2 minutes away from the subway station. It is not far from the Provincial Museum, Nanchang Ship, and Qiushui Square. Our room can see Tengwang Pavilion. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the Beijing-style restaurant on the third floor is also good.

Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room. This stay was more than great, thanks again Crowne Plaza, definitely will be back; and special thanks to Penny for making my stay feel special!

The hotel is really awesome! There’s really nothing to say about the location in the center of Nanchang. It’s in the center of Honggutan, next to Causeway Bay Plaza and World Trade Plaza. It’s very close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment, and there are many choices, which is very convenient. The overall hygiene of the room is very good, I feel very comfortable staying there, and the fragrance is great. I really like the spatial layout of this hotel and the overall facilities and equipment are very good! Totally super five-star level! The hotel's service is beyond praise, especially Xiao Jiang, who checked me in. I wanted to buy some cigarettes and alcohol, but it was late, so I called the front desk. Xiao Jiang went to a nearby convenience store to buy some for me and delivered my express delivery. It was taken out of the hive cabinet and delivered to me! Give him a thumbs up! Parking is also free for hotel guests during their stay, and they need to sell the license plate at the front desk. I'll stay here next time
