The main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. Hotel staff and restaurant staff 5 stars

Nothing to complain about. Location was good, really close to Nanchang train station and Bayi square (the didi drivers struggled with getting in the right place due to many layers of roads nearby, though). Room was clean and had all the necessities. Breakfast was really nice, I'd say a western style with a Chinese twist.

The reservation was made at the Pullman and was upgraded to the Steigenberger Hotel. This is the third time I have stayed at the Steigenberger Hotel. To be honest, the hygiene of this hotel is worse than every time, it is visibly dirty. There was a layer of dust on the mirror, there were spots on the carpet, and the edges and seams of the room were all gray. The hotel concierge is useless and has a very bad attitude.

😊Traditional old-school hotel style service. I praise the front desk for upgrading the room for free and providing timely service. You can rest assured to stay here. Facilities: A little traditional and old, but clean, spacious and bright. Hygiene: The toilet has a disposable seat cushion, which can actually be replaced with disinfectant wipes. It would be better if the bathtub could be equipped with a disposable bathtub cover. In short, the details are still in line with the level of this price range. Environment: The location is convenient. There is a subway station downstairs. It is recommended to take a taxi across the subway station to the opposite side. There is a lot of traffic at the entrance. Service: Good service attitude, traditional service methods and concepts, and a smooth check-in process.

The hotel is in a great location. Although the room was much more expensive than the day before, considering the location and the room's acceptability, I decided to stay for another day. The front desk clerk was very dedicated and asked if we needed to change the bed sheets and quilt covers, and immediately arranged for someone to clean so that we could rest at noon. The parking lot is also very large. As long as it is not too far from the entrance, you can always find a parking space. The facilities are old, but I want towels. Timely updates of bed sheets and quilt covers will make up for the shortcomings of old facilities.

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Nanchang during National Week. A decent stay all in all. The decor is a bit old fashioned and the walls a little thin. But the room was large and comfortable, the service was very good, and it’s right next to a metro station, making travel easy. Best of all, the windows are very thick which drowns out the city noise well (Nanchang drivers seem to love blaring their horns) Breakfast was a little disappointing. We were told it was open till 12 but when we went down at 9:30 there were very few options left. If you’re a late riser it might be best to get takeaway.

This is the first time for a family of three to travel to Nanchang. Xiao Yang at the front desk provided great service and upgraded our room. The room was great and the sanitary facilities were satisfactory. The afternoon tea included was also great, and the breakfast was complete. It received five-star reviews! The entrance is very close to the subway station, which is convenient for travel. I will choose this place again next time I have the chance~
