Clean and sanitary, large rooms; convenient life, good hotel service attitude, convenient transportation, close to the West Station, it is convenient for self-driving tours or business trips, next to the subway entrance, there are many small restaurants, next to the convention and exhibition center, the overall cost performance is high!

Clean, comfortable and convenient! The hotel staff are helpful and pleasant. The young lady, Zhu Ling, gave us her WeChat number when we checked in so we could contact her whenever we had questions or requests. That's some service assurance! The maintenance lady volunteered to go to the laundry room to help us out when she overheard we had issues using the washing machine. The room is clean and spacious and the train station is close by. Their free breakfast was fresh and delicious. Definitely will be back if we come to Nanchang again!

The hotel is reasonable and value for money. However there is no phone in the room. A shocking incident happened with me. I was fast asleep and someone starting knocking at the door at 2am. When I checked thru the peephole it was hotel staff asking me to open the door. When I asked why, he typed on the phone(can't speak English) that I was making too much noise. When I opened the door and he saw that i was sleeping and couldn't have been making noise he just walked off. This was a very shocking and disturbing incident and would love for the hotel to clarify

This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆

The location is very good, just two subway stops away from Nanchang West Station. There are many convenience stores and small restaurants nearby. There is a Hongdu Thumb within two steps. Ordering takeout is also very convenient. The room is clean and spacious, and the price/performance ratio is very good for May Day trip

The hotel is overall very good. The staff at the lobby and front desk are very helpful. Apply for our membership, make coffee, arrange late check-out, etc. The design of the room is simple but functional, and it can be seen that the materials used are not sloppy. The bathroom shower is easy to operate and the hot water is powerful. There is also hand-brewed coffee equipment in the room. Since the hotel opened less than two months ago, the room seemed new and clean. What can be improved is the lighting system instructions in the room, especially the lights in the bathroom area at the door will automatically turn off. It also took us some time to figure it out🤭 The breakfast has Chinese and Western styles, and the style and taste are really impeccable. The hotel is located in a new residential area and there are no shops nearby. However, for those of us who take the high-speed rail when arriving and leaving Nanchang, we can reach the train station in less than ten minutes' drive, which is really convenient. The hotel can also arrange pick-up to West Railway Station or nearby subway stations, which is great!

The room is clean and hygienic, the service attitude is very good, there are afternoon tea and supper, and they can help pack breakfast if you are catching the high-speed train. There is a follow-up call after checking out, and some small suggestions are made. I hope you will adopt them. I will stay here again next time I come to Nanchang.

The room is clean and tidy, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, it is very suitable for friends who are on business, the price is affordable, and it is very convenient for eating and supper. I will choose to stay here next time I go on a business trip!
