總體還可以，但是有兩處很不好，衞生間下水道會堵塞，洗澡時，下水非常慢，腳底下都是水。還有，房間內的椅子腳和椅子背都是鬆垮垮的，我坐在椅子上還摔倒了。這個會讓人摔倒的椅子，得趕緊換掉！有三處比較好的地方是，有綠色植物，有一次性馬桶墊，茶杯是瓷器的，紋飾很漂亮。

酒店位置距離師大南路地鐵站非常近，交通出行很方便，距離八一廣場萬壽宮等都很近。 門口和大堂、電梯也都很整潔有情調，衹是這次沒做功課不知道7樓以下都是普通大床雙床，是沒重新裝修的那種，設施相對老舊，雙床中間衹有一個插座，不是很方便，衞生間也很有復古年代感，而且因為是四樓的尾房，居然房間裏還有樓梯，住的兩天裏好幾次差點摔倒🥲而且這間房鏡子直對着床，雖然不是那麼信奉這些，但多少心裏有點在意。 不過勝在如家neo衞生是做到位的，房間雖然相對老舊但是衞生工作做得很好，然後四樓就有自助洗衣房晚上還洗了積攢的衣服。 因為新裝修的高級房也就比普通房貴20塊，建議手機愛充電的朋友去住高級房🤣普通房插座有點鬆了，稍微一動插座就掉了。 選擇住高級房的話在這邊住絕對體驗滿分的，就是工作日的話附近師大附中早上會有一些聲音
