"I recently stayed at this hotel and was very pleased with my overall experience. First of all, the hotel's location is very advantageous, with convenient transportation and many dining and shopping options nearby. Secondly, the hotel room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and comfortable beds, which allowed me to get a good rest during my journey. The service staff is enthusiastic and efficient. Both the front desk reception and room service make me feel very considerate. In addition, the hotel's dining is also excellent, with rich and varied dishes, authentic taste and reasonable prices. Overall, I feel very comfortable with this stay."

"I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄"

"Great experience at the Swiss Grand. Would probably stay here again. Room was clean, and the location was ideal for us. It's walking distance to Tengwangge, and close to many lively pedestrian streets. The hotel staff probably does not see many foreign visitors, so there was some confusion with our documents at check in. However, it was quickly resolved."

"The hotel 🏨 has complete facilities. It is a good choice for parent-child travel. I prepared a small surprise and card for my daughter's birthday 🎁. I also met Fan Fan (Chrissie Fan) who came to the concert at the door of the hotel. The types and nutrition of breakfast are very attentive, and the service is also very warm and thoughtful. The three-day and two-night stay experience is very good. I saw ”old facilities and not many types of buffet breakfast” in other comments before, and I was a little worried. After testing it myself, I think it is still in line with the quality and standards of a five-star hotel~ The room environment is very good, the hygiene is good, and it is very convenient to go out to the subway station. There are service staff who call in advance to ask about needs. The service of Xiao Wang in guest service is also very good. I stayed for two nights and was very satisfied overall."

"Very strange. After checking in, I went out for dinner. While gone, I got some messages on WeChat from the front desk that there was a problem. When I returned, they told me that they couldn't register me and they needed more information. This is the first time that I had to show and have pictures taken of all my work visas I have had since I last entered the country six years ago, especially since there is no problem with my current visa. I don't know if it is the hotel itself that wanted this or the local PSB when they were registering me. Whatever the reason, it made me feel unwelcome. Other foreigners wanting to stay here - you might not be welcome. The law says that they must accept you, and they will accept you, but you know that they still don't want you to be there."

"When travelling, especially with a kid, cleanliness in a room is THE priority. Well, the room was NOT clean. The counter top in the bathroom was stained AND dirty, the room was dusty (you could see dust on the mirrors and other surfaces) and the floor was full of shoes footprints of different types. We asked for the room to be cleaned as we checked in, while we went for a walk, more than one our later we came back, the room was dirty as we left it. I’m sorry but for such a price, in a 5 star hotel, this is absolutely not acceptable. Besides, I seriously doubt that the measurements of the room are correct as it seemed waaaay smaller than what officially stated in the room info. The view of course is breathtaking, that’s true. Mind also that there is absolutely no separation between the wet room and the bedroom, no door, no curtains…so no privacy while taking a bath. And also that there is no fridge. The lady at the reception was lovely, really kind, but it doesn’t make up for a dirty room."

"This top revolving hotel is well located in the older part of Nanchang. It’s a block from the night “ walking street” & 2 blocks from thousand bless palace food place. Good 10 minutes walking distance to local tourist attraction “ King Teng palace” by the River. Breakfast is good but not spectacular, only one option for coffee though. Top feature was the revolving restaurant though a little aged , is still an attraction. I believe this hotel can do better to enhance its image through a little modernization. Lighting controls in our room is a little confusing. Thermostat cooling was not favourable at times, heating for bathing water can be a little delayed at times. Other than that, all was well."

"The room is quite comfortable. The front desk staff is professional and considerate. Check-in is efficient. The hotel's breakfast location and time are introduced. The room type on the super high floor is also upgraded. The stay is quite comfortable. The bed is clean and tidy, dry and wet are separated, there are windows, TVs, sofas, and toiletries. The elevator reaches the room quickly, and there are swimming pools and gyms. It is close to Nanchang West Station Hotel, and the view facing the park is very good. "It was my first time to stay at Crystal Orange. The room was very clean, the decoration was in a log style, the bedding was clean, and I slept very comfortably. Because Zhou Shen held a concert, it was also my first time to come to Nanchang. The hotel provides a pick-up and drop-off service from Nanchang West Station, which is very convenient.
