I arrived at the hotel quite late. The front desk was playing with their mobile phones and ignored people at all. The service attitude was very poor. The floor was right at the entrance to the room. There was a mattress on the floor, which is the so-called tatami room. The sound insulation was very poor and the sanitation was very dirty. The small refrigerator in the room was very dirty.
