服務態度、衞生堪憂，第一天衹丟了垃圾，瓶裝水、一次性用品、毛巾、衞生紙都沒換，濕的浴袍仍在椅子上。跟前台説了，第二天燒水台上的厚厚一層灰塵擦過了，但還是不乾淨，地下的臟東西還在那裡。服務嘛，談不上服務。房間很潮濕，一股黴味。床單被褥感覺不太乾淨，身上癢，我很少出現這種情況。空調很好用！

四個字慘不忍睹、🌚不是浴缸放不出來水就是淋浴沒水、🤷♀️浴缸也很臟、後面因為洗不了澡換了房間、又很吵、不隔音就算了、晚上一點倆門口有人聊天就很奇葩、隔壁睡覺不關門、足浴房和客房挨着一起、早上6/7點左右倆女的在門口聊天、門也打不上鎖、😑😑心累、體驗極差、給的可以泡温泉的票我也沒去、誰家出差帶泳衣、早餐也沒去吃、😑一樓進出口的卡關也很雞肋、刷好幾次都刷不開、😵💫

住進去衞生差，屋子裡有蒼蠅。吹風機是壞的。
一次性浴巾11月18日就過期了
差評，完全不值這個價！！！

酒店價格媲美真温泉，服務質量堪比廉價旅店！晚上空調還會突然沒熱風，辦入住時，服務員還專門介紹早餐地點，讓早上到這用餐。結果早上8點半去餐廳一個人影沒有！過年帶家人去玩，真是心情糟糕透頂！！！

1、唯一優點是房間在露天温泉邊上出來就能泡温泉，2.房間臭烘烘的，第二天發現了蒼蠅，房間的熱水衹夠一個人洗澡，我愛人洗頭洗到一半變成冷水了3.室內温泉不如去漢湯，室外温泉温度低泡起來非常冷，4.温泉水很臟有大量黑色絮狀物，5.温泉很小和宣傳不一致，路況很複雜，沒人帶找不到，而且温泉裏還有一個常温水池，大晚上根本不知道，走錯了冷死，5.室外汗蒸房是壞的6.前台服務特別差，節假日本來就漲價，才晚一點不到就一直打電話問我來不來，想把房間給別人，第二天又催着退房，説房間有人定了7.早餐衹有粥、雞蛋，素拌粉還要自己調味
