Location was okay. Only 2 employees thus long wait. Assigned a room with guest already in there.

Standard hotel located in a good position. Good level of service with very fast check-in procedures. Breakfast quite simple but the taste was good.

It is close to the subway station and convenient for going out. You can see the Bayi Square. Arrived at around 9 am and had a meal. There was a vacant room and I checked in. The service attitude was very good. After checking out, I found that some items were missing and I called (although it was not ours). There is a small gym and laundry room. The curtains are electric. The room is relatively clean. Disadvantages: There is no garbage bag in the trash can. The garbage bag is placed on the table. The cleaning rag is also left on the table. The pillow has stains.

There was a smell in the corridor, and the room felt very small after entering. I even saw a bug. The structure was also very strange. The toilet door was not a closed space even when it was closed. It was embarrassing to use the toilet. This was the most unacceptable thing...

It rained one day, I borrowed an umbrella twice, collected a deposit twice, and returned the deposit twice. It felt a bit troublesome. The hotel is in a very good location. You can directly see the Bayi Square from the room. It takes about seven or eight minutes to walk to the Bayi Square. It is also close to the surrounding attractions, with convenient transportation and parking downstairs. The room is equipped with intelligent facilities, the TV is very large, and there are small robots for service. Children especially like it. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The overall facilities are very new and clean. It happened to be raining in Nanchang these two days, and the room did not feel damp.

The anti-theft chain was broken when we entered the room. We called the front desk but no one came to fix it. We called again 15 minutes later and the aunt came. Then she told us that it is best not to use the anti-theft chain. We are not allowed to use it after installing it? It is not safe at all. The anti-theft chain is not strong at all. The decoration of the hotel is old. It seems that there is construction going on opposite the hotel. It is very noisy. The experience is quite bad.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near landmarks such as Bayi Square, Jiangxi Art Museum, and Tengwang Pavilion. It is also convenient to go to the food street, and there are delicious foods when you go out.

The hotel is about 200 meters from Line 2. It is a hotel under the Jinjiang Group. The front desk staff are friendly and respond immediately. It is clean and the room facilities are quite new.
