ATOUR Hotel(Nanchang West Railway Station International Expo City)

The worst Atour hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none! I arrived at the front desk before three o'clock. The front desk said that there was no room and I had to wait. I asked how long the wait would be, but I couldn't tell back. Since I was going to watch a concert in the evening, I urgently wanted to take a shower and change clothes before heading to the venue. I took the initiative to ask for a few options and asked if there were any plus options that had been scheduled in advance but would arrive late. I was told no, and I would still have to wait when I came! Which one is faster, a double bed or a twin bed? As for the twin bed, can you give me a few upgrades? I said yes, then you can arrange for me to clean it as soon as possible, and I will go out to have a meal! Then the front desk left my ID card. I thought they would handle the room right now, but I really thought too much! At 4 o'clock, I came back after dinner and asked the front desk if the room was ready? The same answer is still no, I don’t know how long I have to wait! At this time, I was already a little angry. I stood at the front desk and listened to their intercom to negotiate with the aunt. I frowned because not only had the cleaning not been completed, but the room had not even been arranged, which meant that the cleaning had not started yet. The aunties have been making big bed rooms, and I’m crazy! I said that none of your procedures were correct. Since you took my ID card, you still didn’t agree when I said I would do it when I came back. You said you could rest assured that I wouldn’t lose it, but in the end nothing was done. Normally, I shouldn’t have lined up a suitable room. Will the guest room be given priority for cleaning? The front desk didn't say anything, but since we have a room, I won't say any more! As soon as the door was opened, the ground was wet, very wet. I thought it had just been made, so I didn't close the door and let the air flow, so I opened it! I was about to take a shower, but I was shocked when I entered the toilet. It was also wet. It felt like the previous person had just taken a shower and hadn't cleaned it up. Hair was clearly visible in the floor drain, there was waste paper in the trash can, and there were eyelashes in the recycling bin on the sink! It was really disgusting. I called the front desk and asked if there was someone in charge, the current manager or the political commissar. The front desk said that the current manager was on a break and the political commissar was there. When the other party answered the phone, I said the bathroom was dirty and had not been cleaned. However, he said that there was water because it had just been cleaned. I said no, it just wasn’t cleaned. Come and see for yourself! After he came to see me, he didn't apologize to me, but said he could change my room. I said he had a room? He said he had to wait, and he said he had to wait again. I have been in the hotel for almost two hours, and the thing I heard the most is that I have to wait! Or I asked my aunt to clean it again. I chose to change rooms and wait in this room! In the end, I had everything packed and I took my luggage to the front desk and went out without waiting for the room change notice! I came to the new room in the evening and ordered takeout, but it was never delivered. I checked my phone and it showed that it had been delivered very early. I asked the front desk and they said there were too many takeouts and they couldn't deliver them. They asked me to go down and get them. I said you don't have it now. Will the robot deliver it? He said he would give it to you first! It's not that you can't go down, but don't wait until I urge you to go down. When you receive it, you can ask me if it's convenient for you to come down and get it! I came out for fun, and I used to be a member of Atour. I haven’t been in the hotel industry for many years, and ward rounds are no longer my habit, so I don’t deliberately look for trouble, and there is really no need! What I have raised are just issues that a normal guest can see at a glance. Basically, when traveling to any city, I will first choose to stay at Atour, because it is what I think a hotel should be like. This is my first negative review! Also the worst experience ever!

It is about 200 meters from the exit of the National Expo Station. There are many food shops nearby. It is very convenient to go directly to the subway. It is very suitable for a day trip to Nanchang ~ It is convenient to travel. It is also close to Nanchang West Station, with only two subway stations.

There are no bathroom slippers, making it inconvenient to take a shower. The air conditioner is a central air conditioner. It was very hot yesterday and I couldn't turn on the air conditioner because the central air conditioner was hot. I brought an electric fan to help. The hotel staff has good service and attitude, and the hygiene is good. The breakfast is not very rich, but overall it's okay.

The hotel is so dirty. The information management at the entrance is still C-level, which is scary. Atour feels clean, but this Atour is different from others. I don’t know how it got a score of 4.9.

The price increase was already huge, but the price increase did not match the corresponding services, and the customers were treated like leeks. Atour Hotel will always have coffee bags and Atour tea, but after the price was raised, there are no more, and the boxes are empty. The next day I switched to another Atour store, which had these products in the room. I want to say that these little things actually don’t cost much. After the merchant increased the price, they also canceled the room items, which is a bit ugly.

The hotel room is small and the price of an ordinary business hotel is over 800 which is outrageous. The hygiene is very poor and the service attitude is not good either.
