好早之前去延安就住在星程，當時就給我和家人的印象非常好！這次來南昌還是選擇住星程！衞生環境很不錯，每天都會打掃衞生，補上礦泉水！前台接待也很耐心！早餐豐富，味道很不錯！

先説優點：距離2號線雅苑路地鐵站非常近，可以從高鐵站直達，有家庭房，兩張大床，對一家三口出行十分友好，每天送四瓶水，很給力，離秋水廣場很近，看完音樂噴泉可以走路回來，周圍吃飯的地方挺多的
再説缺點：衞生一般，早餐一般，電梯難等

酒店就在地鐵站邊上很方便。酒店設施齊全，衞生也還可以。就是邊上有個工地，看不到什麼景色。服務態度很好

地理位置：距離2號線地鐵挺近，對於我們來看演唱會的遊客很友好，去哪裡遊玩也很方便
環境：住的酒店高層9樓，很安靜，適合睡眠淺的姐妹們，周邊還有兩家瑞幸，哈哈哈，很滿意
設施：酒店的電梯需要刷房卡才能到達相對應的樓
層，安全有保障，還有智能機器人幫忙送餐，很棒！
酒店的自助早餐也很棒哦，南昌拌粉，瓦罐湯，水果都有，懶人的福音

酒店設施齊全，乾淨衞生，出門就是地鐵，前台小姐姐不但給我們升級了房間，看到天氣不好下雨，還贈送了早餐給我們，早餐品種齊全，中西結合非常美味，孩子在南昌上大學，下次來看孩子一定還要來這裏居住

總體不錯，門口就是停車場，可以到前台報車號免費停車。房間也挺好的，就是其中有一台電視一直看不起來，值班經理也來幫忙調整了，雖然沒搞好，但處理積極，表示可以換房，我們後來也沒換，經理就又加送了一天幾人的早飯券，總體還是不錯的

前一天晚上大概十一點半，回酒店沖涼幾分鐘，結果淋雨的下水道下不去，臟水從馬桶旁邊的地漏往外冒，打電話給前台，有位小哥上來説修理師傅下班了，滿房了無法換房，他拿了個浴巾堵了馬桶旁的下水道，雖然心情很糟糕，由於太累，我沒有多説什麼，另外第二天早上九點不到樓上就傳來敲榔頭的聲音，被吵醒無奈起床收拾東西換酒店，可一上午也沒人來問昨晚這個事，出門洗澡發現還是沒有解決掉下水的問題，又增一事，淋浴頭也壞了固定不住，差一點滑倒，悲催的入住經歷，唉。
