The experience of staying in this hotel was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The service staff was kind and considerate, warm and generous, and served with a smile. It made me feel at home. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable and soft. This hotel has a great location and is surrounded by Longhu Tianjie and Qingshan Lake Wanda have made my travel more convenient and saved me a lot of time. The hotel is very cost-effective and makes me feel that it is worth the money. I will stay here again next time.

酒店不是一般的老舊，這個四星不知道是怎麼評出來的。 1208打開門的時候門邊都是破的，馬桶邊還有尿漬。電視看不了老是斷網，打電話去安排了師傅來修，師傅修了半天也修不好，然後説給我們換一個房間，然後從1208換到了1206，然後1206我去上了個廁所，結果被鎖在了廁所裏面，還好修網線的師傅還在隔壁，然後我老公叫那個師傅來幫我開門，他拿個工具起子來幫我打開的，然後這個晚上我們一家大小沒有洗澡，這個衞生環境真的不敢洗澡！它真的不配擁有四顆星，真的不配！！！這是我這個五一假期江西住的幾個酒店中最差的一個酒店了還是省會城市南昌的，醉了。但是酒店的服務人員態度是很好的，衹能説唯一的加分項！

衞生：房間衞生條件一般，第三天基本沒怎麼做衞生
設施：設施比較舊，床墊可能有跳蚤，睡完一家人都身上癢。説是有洗衣房，但就是一個洗衣機，還在消毒間裏面
服務：服務比較官僚，問什麼就是要問領導，不追着問不會給答覆
環境：周邊在修路，旁邊的大樓都拆了，環境比較差。

環境：比較中規中矩的酒店，大廳給人感覺很好，而且有自己的停車場，餐廳也很寬敞！
設施：比較陳舊，可能因為年頭有點久了
衞生：由於是全地毯式，對衞生要求很高，所以建議來的客人最好別坐地上，光腳什麼的
