賓館的早餐還好，大堂頗有歐式城堡舞廳的感覺，很氣派，但是對於住客來説，應該更關注整體服務與客房的衞生狀況，進入客房面積較大，但有黴味，我認為是鋪的地毯日久清理不利所致，繼而發現馬桶沖水按鈕無效，好在電話溝通後維修工很快到房修理好了。特別不理解的是網上訂房，已提前繳了房費辦理入住時居然還要繳納200元按金，提出質疑，前台接待説這是全南昌的規定，本人第二天在南昌另換一家四星酒店，入住時並無收按金的規定。試想該賓館有248間房，據説5月1至2日全部滿員200乘以248等於多少，在此不説了…

前台説特價，感覺我佔了便宜一樣，然後電視屏幕這麼臟，臟得看電視都影響。兩個床居然這麼近，床邊插座還是壞的，記事本上有個手寫的電話，要不就是前一個客人留的還沒打掃，要不就是特意留的，沐浴露空的……一大堆的問題。不太值，不值這價。

五一提前預訂了這家四星酒店，感覺和招待所一樣。進房間就一股氣味，桌上一塵灰，衞生間門把手壞的，基本的洗漱用品就和招待所一樣。靠近高架橋噪音大。近四百塊錢的四星級半夜都能聞到一股氣味。
