They took a 500rmb deposit. And it was never refunded. We stayed in the hotel less than 24 hours. Caused no damage or destruction to the room. And they have not responded to my messages asking when the deposit will be refunded. Give me back my money!

房間的服務太好了，酒店的前台提前打個電話給做的升房
設施：永樂酒店和旁邊的酒店是一家兩家設施非常完善，不會有老牌五星的設施滯後感非常不錯的一次體驗，完全吊打國內2000左右的
衞生：衞生非常乾淨，並且在退房之後前台打電話詢問您的感受支持任何評價，也不會讓別人覺得麻煩
環境：環境是這裏的最大一亮點，舒適美觀而又豪華
服務：服務是最好的，大家可以來體驗一下。

酒店在融創樂園附近，步行可至，融創茂本身就是一個藝術品，可惜現在沒有了往日的繁華，酒店後面就是公園，對面有飯店，可選擇的不多，到時物價也確實不高，量還大。

體驗感非常差，根本不值這個價！勸大家及時止損
1，隔音比較差
2，服務人員送個水都得很長時間
3，酒店管理有很大的問題
4，空調不製冷
5，隨便闖入房間影響房客私隱和安全
我正月初3帶的 老婆 8歲小朋友
10點左右入住的，房間空調特別冷，打電話到前台安排服務人員説空調升温較慢，我説好的。
到11點30分，空調温度從12度變成了13度，我聯繫前台，安排維修工到房間，檢查半天告訴我沒有問題，我説我開空調一個小時空調温度提升1度，這個空調沒有問題嗎？空調工説儀錶顯示不準確，我説在不準確我們能感受到冷啊？穿上衣服還覺得很冷！
空調工檢查就説沒問題，我説不認可，太冷了，空調工很不高興，出門就走了，門也不給我關。
11:40我聯繫前台，前台一直敷衍推脱説空調沒有問題，實在太晚了我也不願意再跟他們折騰跟前台説能不能送個油汀，送個被子前台答應了，到12點沒有送到，我打前台電話，連着兩個都沒有人接。
當天晚上房間温度14多，讓送一床被子也沒人管，我抱着孩子穿着衣服睡一晚上。
第二天一大早一個女士敲門，沒有做自我介紹就説，不好意思，不好意思，早上温度16度，她還是強調空調沒問題衹是儀錶問題，我説你自己感覺一下冷嗎？ 女士一直説補償，完全不是解決問題的態度，一直就是拖拉應付，沒有任何誠意，也沒有解決問題的態度，我不認可他們的服務態度和處事方式，這和5星級酒店的服務完全不匹配。
最後告訴我説給我送點水果，我踏馬窮成什麼了？到你這裏訛水果來了？
早上8:40我去用早餐，9點20分到房間，換了一個空調修理工已經打開我的房間門修空調？
請問，我還沒退房沒有經過我的允許為什麼安排人員直接闖入我房間？我的私隱呢？我的私人物品丟失算誰的？
空調修理工説空調確實有問題，吹風量太小了，所以房間不暖和。
我辦理退房，酒店給我打個電話説送水果，其他沒有任何解釋！
真心奉勸華住會和融創高層人員看看我發的評價，南昌融創文旅城都成啥樣了？各位領導心裏沒數嗎？這樣做下去遲早……
ps:攜程人員在這件事的處理中一直很有態度，我上午有事無法接電話，一天給我打了4個電話，服務態度特別好，好評！

酒店衞生情況還不錯，早餐很好吃孩子很滿意。定了兩間房間，雙床房的房間應該是大床房改的。睡的位置會碰到燈的開關，尷尬的被自己亮醒。不過總體情況還好，酒店後面的公園很舒服。
