Nanchang Kaimei Grand Hotel (Aixi Huxi Metro Station)

This is the worst accommodation experience I have ever had since booking a hotel on Ctrip: 1. On the day of check-in, the female receptionist with glasses ignored us and asked three times whether we had been upgraded according to my rights before she impatiently replied that we had been upgraded 2. When I was washing fruits that night, the sink was blocked. A repairman came and fiddled with it for a long time, then said confidently that it was fixed. Can you just wipe the water on the floor? What? This service? 3. I ignored the repairman's bossy attitude and called the waiter to clean up. As a result, the waiter found that the blockage was still not fixed, so he called the repairman again. When handing over, the high-speed repairman turned around and said, "Wipe it after you fix it!" and turned around and left 4. The impatient master made a second repair, found the cause, took out a lot of hair, and then wiped it casually with the cloth given to her by the cleaning staff and left! 5. We saw that there were still water stains on the floor, so we wiped it with a dirty foot cloth, and then wiped it with the paper towels in the room. 6. The paper towels in the room were used up. We asked the front desk twice, but they were not delivered until 11:30 pm. We were so sleepy that we went to sleep. 7. The next day, we found that the water pipe was still leaking when we used the basin, so we asked the cleaning staff in the corridor for a foot cloth. The cleaning staff replied impatiently that each room is equipped with a pair and cannot be given randomly. If your repairman didn’t fix the water leaking on the floor, who would be responsible if we slipped? 8. Before the check-out time of 2 o’clock, we received a warm call from the front desk, saying that we could extend the check-out for one hour as long as we gave a good review. We refused directly. The front desk suddenly changed his temper and hung up the phone as promised. 9. The old hair dryer was super difficult to use, and the plug in the bathroom kept loosening. It was simply the worst accommodation experience. This 8-day trip to Jiangxi ended with the worst accommodation experience!!!

The equipment in the room is old and the TV is very small. It should be a TV from more than ten years ago Overall hygiene is average, The bedding must have been reused many times, so it appears to be hard and not very comfortable. Overall, I would rate it as a three-star hotel. I'm sorry for the nearly 400 RMB room charge.
