前台男的服務態度極度惡劣，我定的三間房，凌晨再過去的，給我安排不一樣的房間就算了，我花了同樣的錢，他給我陰陽怪氣的瞧不起我，一臉高高在上的樣子，嚴重不尊重顧客，強烈建議建議辭退，活了二十六年頭一次碰到這樣的，容易給你們店帶來不好的收益和風水。謝謝！實在是太氣人，影響我情緒，我一晚上都沒睡好

半夜十點多有人敲門我忍了 凌晨七點又有人來敲！大概是因為牀板質量一般，躺在上面會有咯吱咯吱的聲音，於是好奇看了眼床底…全是垃圾！！！用完的紙 喝剩下的飲料瓶…你們打掃衞生就是把垃圾集中在床底下？這居然是2024年的酒店衞生條件 ***想投訴你們

延遲退房至14:00點:真的到兩點退房，環境也很不錯，樓下就有吃的，旁邊還是車站，衞生也很乾凈，服務也很周到，設施很新，衞生很乾凈

房間較小，節假日漲價蠻厲害，不過好在有一次性浴巾 還比較衞生 但是飄窗上的窗簾腳發黴了 希望商家能注意到 可以改善一下

環境很好，房間乾淨整潔，床墊很軟，空調很涼快。服務熱情周到，退房後鑰匙落在了房間裏聯繫店家後馬上就處理了。下次還會再來的！！
