前台，經理，餐廳服務態度都很好，酒店很乾凈，有陽台真的是很棒，早上空氣好清新，早餐也不錯，牛奶跟玉米汁都是純的，不是泡的，很好喝~還有送水果，送的小禮物好暖👍🏻後面就是森林公園，早上有去散步，空氣太好

就在艾溪湖邊上，去艾溪湖散步跑步都超級方便的，周邊商業好像不是很多，酒店房間乾淨衞生，是個很合適會議接待的地方，有個小後門可以直接通往艾溪湖公園，這個特別貼心（見圖7），辦理入住快捷禮貌，整體體驗感不錯

除了周邊太冷清，其他堪稱完美。整個春節期間體驗最好的店。服務員態度熱情有問必答。給酒店的建議是裝幾個充電樁或者和客户説明附近充電樁位置。

酒店是會議定點酒店，裝修一般但大氣，一樓大堂比較大，有圖書室，座位比較多方便聚合。與艾溪湖為鄰，住店可刷卡直接近西湖。值得稱讚是早餐58元豐富程度太超值了。客房有陽台，太陽下山坐陽台觀看小鳥歸巢真妙。點外賣有機器人送達房間很新奇。大堂並客房服務人員態度很好。酒店額外送的青團、酸奶、水果等很美味。

酒店大廳很氣派，前台服務非常耐心周到，最超值是酒店後面的湖，公園就像是酒店的後花園，有一個小門可以刷房卡進入公園。進去後左轉再右轉就到湖邊了，有專門的沿湖步道，風景優美，這個季節桂花飄香。
