The hotel service is very good. The front desk is friendly and helps customers make reservations due to travel reasons. The hotel is very user-friendly and provides late check-out. The transportation is convenient and the rooms are clean and tidy. I will stay here often in the future. Highly recommended.

A satisfactory stay. The hotel environment and rooms are good. The only drawback is that the elevator is too winding. You have to take three different elevators from the parking lot to the room. Haha, I almost couldn't find it. Everything else is good.

Before check-in, I received a warm welcome from Tina, who confirmed the room type, reminded me of the weather, etc. I arrived late on the day of check-in, but was surprised to learn that I had been upgraded to a room type with double the accommodation space and functions. Seasonal fruits and drinks were already prepared in the room, which felt very warm. It was a rare experience to take a bath while watching the night view on more than 50 floors. There were both Chinese and Western breakfasts, and the Western food tasted better. After dinner, the baby and his father went upstairs to have a swim. There were few people and the water temperature was suitable, but the mosaic tiles in the swimming pool needed maintenance. When I was leaving, I met Tina, who was very enthusiastic and seemed to have known each other for a long time. It was an impressive stay experience.

I stayed at Pullman two days before coming to Nanchang, and moved to Huayu the next day. I bought a set meal including a buffet dinner for two and breakfast for two. It was also available during the May Day holiday, which was very worthwhile. At 9 o'clock in the morning on the day of check-in, I received a call from the front desk manager of Huayu asking if I had any requirements. He could help us arrange the room in advance and gave us welcome fruit, which was very heartwarming. After that, during the check-in process, whether it was the restaurant or the room service staff, they provided proactive service throughout the whole process, which made people feel like being bathed in spring breeze. This must be praised. The buffet dinner dishes are very rich, and the most outstanding one is the absolute high standard of Western pastries. The chocolate tower is the favorite of children. Surprisingly, the breakfast on the second day personally feels that the richness is not inferior to the buffet dinner. Overall, the service and meals are remarkable, and compared to the price, it is really worth the money.
