滿意的一次入住 酒店環境房間都不錯 唯一的不足就是電梯太繞了 停車場到房間要做三次不同的電梯 哈哈差點找不到 其他都挺好

酒店門口就係地鐵交通方便，樓層夠高，餐廳環境還不錯，菜品一般，房間比較大，視野好，近800的房費不低，性價比一般，住49樓半夜居然有蚊子，接充電器和蚊香液服務一般，有待加強！泳池在維修，健身房太小！…馬馬虎虎吧）

入住之前就收到Tina的熱情迎接，確認房型、提醒天氣等等。入住當天到得比較晚，但是驚喜得知已經被升房型，住宿空間和功能都增加了一倍。房間裏已經準備了時令水果和飲料，感覺很温馨。在50多層邊看夜景邊泡澡是一種難得的體驗。早餐中西餐都有，西餐的口味更勝一籌。吃完飯娃和爸爸去樓上有了個泳，人少水温適宜，就是泳池裡麪的馬賽克瓷磚需要維護一下了。臨走時遇到Tina，很熱情，好像認識許久的親切感，是一次印象深刻的入住體驗。

來南昌兩天之前住的鉑爾曼第二天換到華邑，團了個套餐含雙人自助晚餐加雙早，關鍵五一期間也能使用感覺非常超值。辦理入住當天早上9點就接到華邑前廳經理電話詢問有什麼要求，可以提前幫我們安排房間，並贈送歡迎水果，感到非常暖心。之後入住過程中不論是餐廳，還是客房服務人員全程主動式服務，給人感覺如沐春風，這點必須點贊。自助晚餐菜品非常豐富，比較出彩的是西點絕對的高水準，巧克力塔更是小朋友的最愛，令人意外的是第二天的早餐個人感覺豐盛程度不輸自助晚餐。總體來説服務和餐食方面可圈可點，對比價格來説真的是物超所值。

我不是直接從酒店官網預訂的,但前台小姐姐仍然很有耐性（9號入住的,忘了問名字）,房間與實物一樣,又大又舒服,退房時前台Tina小姐一聽我每月也會來,也很熱心的叫我加微信好友,方便日後入住時能提供幫助,回程時亦有電話詢問是否滿意（是叫王濤的）,來南昌玩的可以選擇這一間,附近走一分鐘就到地鐵站了

酒店位置極佳，比鄰艾溪湖濕地公園，適合散步跑步。房間面積夠大，即使加床也不擁擠。最值得稱讚的是服務一流，特別是前台、還是頂層餐廳接待散客的小哥，不僅有求必應，而且主動站在我們的角度熱情服務，在這裏表示真摯的謝意！

酒店聽説開了很多年了，設施有點舊，房間住的還行，面積也不算小，樓層很高，服務還挺好的，身體不舒服，禮賓也幫忙送了外賣，前台也表達了關心，早餐挺不錯的，有各種現做的麪條，晚上吃一碗挺舒服的

入住的特別好，酒店在南昌不算市中心的地方，但是有地鐵直達很方便，第一次來南昌旅遊，員工推薦了南昌好玩好吃的地方，挺好的一個城市，週末旅遊的人特別多，晚上回來房間還送了水果，很貼心
