這可能是出差出遊住宿過最差的地方
地方簡陋不堪，從進入前台開始不知道的以為進入黑店了，就這樣破爛不堪的房間怎麼好意思收費200多一個晚上的？我們預訂了2晚，實在太不堪了，勉強住宿一晚上。提出住一晚上，要我扣20%.經過努力扣了10%.但是很奇怪，為什麼扣費就按照均價扣10%.+提出扣多了，房主回覆我因為週日房價低，這沒幾塊錢也就算了。但是條件真的無語😑。廁所一塌糊塗，床鋪臟不拉幾，房間地板革也是破破爛爛。
我很想提醒下請尊重旅遊者，不要抹黑南昌，沒有實景圖就不要放假圖。説實話，好評都是花錢刷的麼？
開始我定額房間説是上下躍層，考慮到列車抵達遲，特意電話老闆，告訴我上下躍層的空調不好，幫我換大平層，可是現場一看傻眼了，這什麼房間啊？特別特別差的體驗，廁所水龍頭爛成這樣，發微信老闆也沒回復。算了，將就一晚上

一打開門就是家的感覺，大床很舒服，空調也很給力晚上睡覺可香了，還有環境也很舒適，南昌遊玩住宿的首選！值得推薦！！！

服務很好哦，可能是民宿酒店老闆用心一點，衞生更乾淨整潔，服務也比較熱情一點，普通酒店沒有這種感覺，位置也很好，在紅谷灘中心，想去秋水廣場摩天輪萬達廣場玩的這個位置絕佳了，最重要的是樓下有地鐵口，那是不要再方便了，給驢友們推薦一下

第一次來南昌，網上試試找了這家酒店，開始還感覺會不太好，住了之後不得不説這酒店性價比太可以了，衞生很乾凈，完全沒有什麼異味，整體來説這一晚住的很滿意。還有酒店附近的秋水廣場噴泉也很好看。
