首先，房間很大，前台小姐姐給我免費升級了複試大床房，乾淨衞生，窗户也大，空氣好，位置很棒，距離地鐵1號線2號線都近，周邊都是大商場，樓下就是共享電動車，幾分鐘就能到商場。不想去大商場，樓下也有各種小餐館，能直接吃到南昌的特色小吃。離秋水廣場也近，可以去看看音樂噴泉。這裏環境很不錯，電梯也方便，房間設備齊全，前台姐姐很熱情，希望下次再來南昌，再住這裏!

這可能是出差出遊住宿過最差的地方
地方簡陋不堪，從進入前台開始不知道的以為進入黑店了，就這樣破爛不堪的房間怎麼好意思收費200多一個晚上的？我們預訂了2晚，實在太不堪了，勉強住宿一晚上。提出住一晚上，要我扣20%.經過努力扣了10%.但是很奇怪，為什麼扣費就按照均價扣10%.+提出扣多了，房主回覆我因為週日房價低，這沒幾塊錢也就算了。但是條件真的無語😑。廁所一塌糊塗，床鋪臟不拉幾，房間地板革也是破破爛爛。
我很想提醒下請尊重旅遊者，不要抹黑南昌，沒有實景圖就不要放假圖。説實話，好評都是花錢刷的麼？
開始我定額房間説是上下躍層，考慮到列車抵達遲，特意電話老闆，告訴我上下躍層的空調不好，幫我換大平層，可是現場一看傻眼了，這什麼房間啊？特別特別差的體驗，廁所水龍頭爛成這樣，發微信老闆也沒回復。算了，將就一晚上

房間超預期，離地鐵站比較近，也很好打車，出門很方便，除了設施舊了點，熱水器要等燒水，其它都很好，簡直物超所值，五晚才五百多真的很值👍以後再來南昌旅遊，我還來這裏住
