環境設施
這家公寓酒店環境超棒！房間寬敞明亮，裝修簡約時尚，床品舒適，還有齊全的智能設備。窗外景色優美，空氣清新。公共區域乾淨整潔，綠化做得很好。而且周邊配套設施完善，無論是購物還是娛樂都很方便。在這兒住得太愜意了，強烈推薦！

床單被套是新的還可以，有一次性洗臉巾，wifi信號很好。現在我要吐槽缺點：首先，很吵很吵很吵！無論幾點窗外都有汽車一直按喇叭的聲音，靠門口這邊一整夜都有扇窗被風吹得蓬蓬作響，幾乎一夜沒睡。其次，晚上根！本！沒！熱！水！，十二點多想洗個澡一打開淋浴完全是涼的。最後，沒有送水，發消息也是不回的，投影是根本看不清的！！！我很少評論，第一次這麼想吐槽一個酒店！！！159一晚我不認為應當住在設施這麼差的酒店/微笑/微笑/微笑

衞生間很不好，我們入住的時候衞生間就一股尿騷味！！！包括在裏面的洗衣機！！洗衣機也很……呃……好久沒有清理，洗衣服洗出來一堆瓜子。
然後服務不錯:我們到的時候已經開好空調，續住有主動詢問需不需要打掃。
出行:很方便，下樓路過幾個店就是地鐵口。
周邊:有商場和小吃街。

優點:位置優越，距離地鐵口步行2分鐘。
缺點:1.床鋪旁唯二的插孔均無法正常使用。
2.兩張床鋪均有不同的質量問題，一張已傾斜，另一張中間凹陷切部分傾斜。
3.衞生間取暖設施損壞，換氣無法正常使用。
4.吹風筒勉強可使用，但存有強烈震動。
5.空調外機的工作聲音巨大，致使長者無法睡覺。
6.被套與被子的尺寸不匹配。

老闆是我老鄉，房間還不錯，80塊錢租到一個特價房，地點是萬達金街，所以還是比較划算的。地鐵就在一兩百米的地方，交通很方便。看城市景色，晚上特別好看，然後比較舒適，設施齊全。

房間還可以，在萬達樓上，下面就是萬達金街，離地鐵站也很近，出行很方便。但是不得不説一下衞生，一進房間礦泉水沒給，燒水壺裡麪居然還有滿滿的一壺水沒清理。每天搞衞生的阿姨，會忘記補充一次性毛巾、礦泉水等物品，希望還是增強阿姨的意識

整體還可以，衹是設備設施由於時間原因，比較陳舊，但是衞生做的還可以！在這個地方，這個價位的房間算還行，建議房間平時保持通風，除下味道！
