地理位置在南昌的北邊，一個山莊裡，環境挺好，房間很大，設施有些年頭了，稍微有點潮濕，可能跟有水系有關係吧，空調很給力，衞生間的花灑嘛，真該修修了。大家的車不能開進來，停門口，卸下來你的行李，大廳辦理入住後，服務人員開着電瓶車給你的行李拉到你的賓館（莊園裡好幾棟樓），山莊距離滕王閣20多公里，位置確實有點偏了點，早餐嘛，簡單，但是能吃飽，也很不錯了。

我訂了兩個面積稍大的標間，分給我的房間在聚誼樓，是一大一小兩個標間，設施比較古樸，可能因為房子背靠山，一進門有比較重的黴味。離市區開車要半小時，車不能開進山莊，有擺渡車送到樓下。山莊本身就是一個景點，一家人度假入住是很合適的，但不建議一個人來入住，晚上回來的時候往山上開，再步行至房間，很有點怕。

房間黴味很重，蚊子多，馬桶還有黃色斑跡.可能是平時入住的人少，離市區較遠，車不能直接開進去，要把車停在外面的停車場，再拖着行李步行進入山莊接待中心辦理入住，然後再坐內部的車到房間入住，很不方便。早餐太簡單沒什麼吃的，餐廳就餐環境較差
