優點：酒店位置離地鐵1號線2分鐘路程，出行非常，去各大景點方便。房間很大，適合一家三口居住。旁邊有夢時代廣場，購物、餐飲一應俱全。前台服務很熱情，房間電吹風無法使用時，前台很熱心的提供私人電吹風，真的非常感謝。
缺點：酒店前門的馬路正在修路，半夜都在施工，影響休息，灰塵也很大。房間設施設備陳舊，小桌子、布藝沙發座椅污漬明顯，地板破損，衞生間裏有之前的客人丟的煙頭沒有清理。

如果不是五一期間到處漲價也不會選擇在這裏住一晚上，電梯油膩臟污，設施陳舊，樓道門戰損風格，房間內貴妃椅不知道承受過什麼塌陷下去，衞生間沒有香皂就算了，就連洗手液都沒，手也洗不乾淨，房間燈光昏暗化粧都費勁，房間牆壁有紅色不明液體痕跡。喜歡敍利亞風格的朋友閉眼入～

設施：設施一言難盡，衹能説該有的有，但是很舊，還算勉強能用，房間內的凳子都自己裏漏海綿了，海綿的顏色都已經是變色了的那種
衞生：見過不注重衞生的男生宿舍嗎，衞生條件比那個有過之而無不及，洗手枱上的水龍頭像是用了幾年都沒清理過，水漬污垢全是，洗漱的慾望都沒有，地面牆面脱皮的脱皮，臟的臟
環境：環境不如20年前的招待所，電梯像是幾年沒有清理過，臟的可怕，走廊的地毯上邊花紋都沒了不説，肉眼可見的明顯的臟污，看着都噁心
本來是奔着7天的牌子來的，好歹還是個優品，沒想到是這種體驗，真的是迄今為止住過的最拉胯的酒店
