Room was big enough and clean. View of the room was very good. Front desk staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. I liked the surrounding very much. You could get to the main road after a 15 minute walk. One thing was that when we wanted to use the swimming pool they said it’s not ready yet but we saw photos of it in their ad. All in all I was satisfied with it.

剛踏入酒店，就被其優雅的環境所吸引。酒店的裝修風格獨具特色，每一處細節都彰顯着精緻與品質。而最讓我印象深刻的是酒店的接待人員。熱情友好，始終面帶微笑，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。從辦理入住手續到提供各種建議和幫助，服務人員都展現出極高的專業素養和耐心。尤其是當天接待我們的兩位前台女士，細心關懷和周到服務讓我倍感温暖，真正體現了酒店對客人的重視。
房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，讓我能夠在疲憊的旅途中得到充分的休息，健身房和游泳館非常贊，高端大氣，酒店的餐飲也非常出色，無論是早餐還是晚餐都很不錯。下次來南昌還要住這個酒店，以後去哪個城市玩，決定首選都是皇冠酒店。

位置在灣裏，周邊配套沒有，打車也不方便，不過環境很好，周圍都是森林，天然氧吧，就是酒店一下子接待了滿房狀態後，配套的服務、公共區域的衞生是真的一般，自助餐也很一般

我是澳洲華僑，父親因身體原因不便來昌，帶着愛人和母親回南昌探親祭祖，定了該酒店，早晚餐是自助形式的，比較豐盛，家人都很滿意，因愛人懷有身孕，對光線和聲音比較敏感，所以調換了一間。特別感謝酒店值班經理周總及相關員工的細緻周到的熱情服務，下次回國任然選擇這家酒店。

妥妥的五星級酒店，大堂奢華典雅氣派，超大客房和寬體大床，還陪有瑜伽墊和打坐墊，玻璃隔斷單獨衞生間、淋浴間與洗手化粧分離，配有超大浴盆🛀，衞生潔凈，可以隨時補充飲用水。

這次出行非常滿意，前台服務態度很好給房間做了免費升級，酒店環境非常好，很乾凈大氣，而且帶領我們去取快遞很有耐心，房間也配送了熱牛奶，非常的貼心很為顧客着想，盡力滿足顧客的所有需求，早餐很豐盛，也很美味。吃完早餐後小姐姐還送了伴手禮，服務態度特別好，很推薦！

非常，非常，非常，靠譜的酒店。比我住過的 99% 的酒店都強。
1.房間舒服，寬敞，設施該有的都有，雖然不算奢華，但景觀很好。
2.酒店的服務人員極其專業，能做到把客人當朋友，這個是我住了這麼多酒店中少有的，多數五星酒店都很客氣，但這個酒店是站在你的角度想問題，比如我有台自行車，他們會協調出來一個可靠的方案怎麼存放，打掃的阿姨會記住你大概的起居時間，大堂經理和門衞會跟你聊聊天
3.後面就是梅嶺山景區，附近不是鬧市，如果喜歡山水和户外的朋友，這裡是絕對的合適，而且有不小的温泉，出去玩了一天回來泡個温泉絕對有利於恢復
