第二次入住，條件和價格是沒得説，但是上次看評論有住户提醒有大瓶礦泉水收費的，因為看了這個評論，這次我入住的時候特意注意了這個事，沒去動水，但退款的時候前台還是打電話説我喝了一瓶水，簡直是莫名其妙，因為時間趕人先走了也就沒去糾結這5塊錢，心裏卻是不舒服…提醒後面住的人注意一下

酒店在唐寧街，過八一大橋，給國外朋友定的，周邊交通很方便，打車去滕王閣，江西博物館和其他景點哪裡都不算遠，相對安靜，幫外國朋友定的，酒店的經理特別特別耐心，給升級了房間，服務也非常周到，早餐也不錯，值得推薦

房間乾淨整潔，靜音效果不錯，空調暖風給力，早餐就算過得去，離滕王閣不遠，周邊配套完善。旁邊有個吳姐拌粉還挺好吃的，很便宜。但是必須提一點，正如其他朋友所説，礦泉水免費的有兩瓶小的，旁邊放的是正常大小的，牌子完全一樣，如圖6-7，這要一不小心喝了就要收費了！這點酒店管理層確實略顯小氣，還有誘導消費嫌疑，實屬丟人，讓客人很看不起，難道幾百的房錢還不配喝你一瓶水嗎？

大床房感覺不規整，不過空間確實很大，設施齊全，衞生到位，裝修風格有點復古風，早餐品類多，很豐盛了，在秋水廣場不遠處，離地鐵站也近，交通方便

不知道這個4星是怎麼評的，房間裏一個亮堂點的燈都沒有，電視舊到住了這麼多酒店頭一次見。吹風機熱水壺都舊成什麼樣子了，毛巾用舊了換個新的不行嗎，再怎麼説乾淨消毒瞅着都發黑那能行嗎，退房按金要等半個小時以上，查什麼，酒店配套設施這麼差的還要查這麼久嗎？所謂的特色手磨咖啡反正是沒喝到，這個4星比起別人的3星都差到天上地下了，2星都多給了
