酒店的建築設計現代而優雅，內部裝飾精緻。客房寬敞舒適，住客體驗舒適。服務團隊專業友好，入住後提出更換房間的需求很快就響應並處理。及時滿足客人的需求。酒店的餐飲選擇多樣，無論是早餐的自助餐還是中餐，都很不錯，很方便。此外，酒店的地理位置離南昌站較近，適合商務出行，旅行還是建議南昌西站附近哦。

2024年的酒店，設施應該説還是行的，辦入住的時候前台也很熱情，就是忘了問我是否開車來，告之每次出門要去前台登車牌號……所以第二天出門時堵在車道出口，又奔回前台消車號……再有就是房間打掃，阿姨換了毛巾，垃圾桶，稍許，稍許的整理了一下被子……但是，但是地板不清潔的嗎？我前一天晚上不小心撒在地上的零食碎碎，還在地板上等我回去呢……最後南昌也算是相對熱門的旅遊城市吧，也一定經常會有早起出門趕時間的客人，餐廳沒有早餐打包服務挺可惜的，給早起出門的客人帶來了很大的不方便……這個可以跟杭州還有成都好好學學……可以提供一個你們認為合適容量大小的打包袋或者盒，以便於定量不浪費……最後表揚水壓和水温……

整體體驗非常不錯，早餐很好吃種類也豐富，拌粉和肉餅湯很有特色。健身房值得單獨誇，非常專業應該是和獨立健身房有合作，游泳池和健身房入住免費使用，有健身習慣或需求的人選這家沒毛病，很久沒找到這麼好的健身房了，齊全又乾淨。
