Atour Hotel Nanchang Honggutan Mixc

The service was excellent! This is the Atour with the best service I have ever stayed at! Nanchang has been relatively hot these days and I suffered from heat stroke. The hotel also prepared fruits and medicine, and the service in all aspects was very good.

The room is clean and well-equipped. The lobby is warm and has many books. The river view is beautiful. The overall stay experience is very good. The service of Jiamu and Ping An at the front desk is very good. Thumbs up.

The ladies at the front desk, Mi Le and Minou, provided very good service. They also served tea and warm water during check-out. Check-in was also very fast. The books in the bamboo house were neatly arranged and there was a sofa. The room was hygienic and clean, and the hot water came out quickly. The TV can project the screen, the Atour mattress is very comfortable, there is a laundry room and a gym, and late-night porridge is served in the evening, which is very considerate. If you need anything, call and ask and they will enthusiastically provide it. You can also go to the restaurant for breakfast, a combination of Western and Chinese food, very I like it, the fruit is very fresh and the stay experience is very good~

Very good service. The hotel is also very new and the sanitary facilities are very satisfactory in all aspects. The ladies at the front desk are very polite, especially Su Su. It is really a pleasant trip.

The hotel upgraded to an executive suite for free. The experience is great. You can see the unbeatable river view. The Ferris wheel and Vientiane City are within walking distance.

Xiaomi Le at the front desk, Minou service is very good, parking is convenient, and electronic invoices are convenient. This Atour is really great, from service, breakfast, hygiene, to the smiles, enthusiasm, and friendliness of all the staff in the store, they are simply picky. There is nothing wrong with it. I have always been a loyal fan of Atour. I will recommend it to my friends to experience and stay here. I hope to keep my original intention!

The location and environment are very good. It has been raining heavily in Nanchang recently. If I didn’t bring an umbrella, the lady at the front desk helped me hold an umbrella and get on the bus. The service was great!
