Qinlu Hotel (Nanchang West Railway Station International Expo City)

There were stains on the table that hadn't been wiped clean. The toilet seat in the bathroom was broken. One cup was upright and the other was upside down. There were no new toothbrushes, only used toothbrushes and toothpaste. The hair dryer was broken. The front desk said it was not available during lunch break and I had to wait. I called again and was told that there was one but I didn't know if it was useful. They told me to go down and get it. I asked again if it was useful (if it wasn't useful, I had to go down and get it myself...). They told me to try it for me. If it was useful, I could go down and get it myself. At about 4pm, the cleaning lady rushed in without knocking. She said she was cleaning and thought we were not there. She didn't knock on the door to ask if anyone was there. I was getting scared while changing clothes.

Very average service attitude. None of the front desk staff greeted guests with a smile, as if the guests owed them a lot of money. I am really fed up with seeing their service like this! The toilet in room 5002 is so smelly that you can't even enter it! The whole room was filled with the smell, and the smell was so strong near the toilet! I’m really impressed! Will never stay at this hotel again!

When we finished the water, they were reluctant to give us another bottle when asked. No other hotel would do this! The curtains were tattered too! The toilet is not clean either!

1. Transportation: It is extremely remote and cannot be reached without driving. There is a subway station within a 30-minute walk from the surrounding area. I tried Didi taxi several times during my two-day stay but no one took the order. The round-trip fare to the nearest Sunac Mao is about 30, and the room rate seems cheap and there are no facilities around it. 2. Supporting facilities: There are almost all supporting facilities in the surrounding area, and the shops are tightly locked. In addition, breakfast is extremely simple steamed buns, which taste terrible. 3. Hygiene: There are insects and lice, and insect bites occurred in two of the three rooms. Details are as follows: On February 15, 2024, I checked into Qinlu Hotel with my family. My one-year-old and 10-month-old baby stayed in room 2008, and my mother stayed in room 2007. When I checked in, I found that the hotel accepted a large number of customers with cats and dogs, only half of them from 2001 to 2016. There were three families with pets in the room, and two of them were large Labrador dogs. During the period, the pets were walking in the corridor without leashes. The Labrador and other large dogs were not photographed because they were with children. In the evening, the child in room 2008 was suddenly in pain and could not be comforted and found traces of insect bites. The mother in room 2007 was bitten by insects in many places on her hands and found small black insects that should be lice. After negotiating with the hotel on the 16th, the staff said it was mosquitoes. Two bottles of insect repellent liquid, and it was revealed that multiple room customers had reported this problem, and we asked the hotel to disinfect the room. On February 16, 2024, the second night after the hotel said it had disinfected the room, I also received insect and tick bites on my waist. The bitten part of the child's face developed from a pustule to swelling and deformation of half of the face. The next day it continued to swell and the eyes became slits and could not be opened. And there should be no mosquitoes in this season. Personally, I think it was caused by lice bites caused by incomplete sanitation and disinfection after the hotel pet checked in. The hotel claimed that it was our eczema and asked for a diagnosis report from the hospital. We went to the nearest Jiangxi No. 1 Hospital for other reports. The dermatology department was not at work, and I came here during the holidays and didn’t have much time to lose. Later, the hotel offered to pay 500 yuan to block negative reviews online. Personally, I felt it was better to publish it so as not to hurt more people. But for the hotel’s remarks, the two rooms How could 3 people have eczema at the same time and have obvious bites? It does not exclude hotels from accepting pet travelers, but hotels should be disinfected and cleaned in time. Whether it is pets or hotel-related issues, we are the most innocent ones who are bitten and damaged during our vacation. During the first negotiation with the front desk, the front desk already revealed that several people were injured. Customers complained about this problem, but the hotel did not deal with it. Compared with the risk of insect bites, this room rate is really not an option.

A family of three was traveling with my mother-in-law. We booked it about three days in advance and the price was reasonable. In the small town of Lucerne, although the location is remote, it is very suitable for self-driving accommodation. It is far away from the city center and relatively quiet. The room is large and clean, and the price is less than 200 and includes breakfast, which is a great deal. Parking nearby is also more convenient, and there are quite a lot of people living there. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Nanchang.
