1.酒店位於老小區旁，被老小區包圍，環境較為雜亂。
2.酒店為老酒店，按原評判標準應該可以為三到四，但是年代較為久遠，設施環境過於老舊。
3.房間衞生不是很好，床不太舒服，為付費按摩床，設施及裝修老舊。
4.隔音效果不行，因附近都是老舊小區，常常會因各種原因吵你睡覺，如放鞭炮吵架砍價之類，因樓下有個菜市場
5.早餐花樣少，除了炒粉炒蛋就是蒸紅薯之類的，我看了一眼沒吃就走了。
6.酒店沒有自己的停車場，能否有位置得看運氣或者酒店預留

2017開始入住這家酒店，房間大！設施設備有點老舊！入住三天不愉快三天！發生很多事情！最後酒店經理登門給予解決…送了水果！小孩子娃娃禮物！我想説的是員工缺乏培訓！保安！前台！看了以往酒店給其它客人回覆！都是加強培訓！口號？不好就是不好！我實話實説！

酒店枕套沒換過！大家自己看圖吧，進房間習慣性的先檢查床單枕套，兩個床一共四個枕頭，服務員衹給換了上面的兩個，圖一是我把兩個換過的放在一起了，圖二是兩個沒換的，圖四是後來叫服務員換上的，不用多説了很明顯吧………，反應給前台叫來服務員還狡辯説換過了，我説我天天住酒店這點事我看不明白嗎？服務員悻悻的不説話了，其實要是平時這種事情發現了來了給換過了也就算了，一般不評價的，但是現在特殊時期，服務員這麼幹即是沒職業操守，更是**！！！而且我看了枕套這樣基本也猜到其他地方的衞生情況了，果然洗漱盆，洗漱台還留有頭髮……，還有其他細節衞生懶得打字，希望酒店加強管理吧，我是7月9號，入住的12樓的房間。

酒店離南昌站不遠，且有地鐵，但地鐵入站出站設定不合理，需走長長的地下通道，上下都要走樓梯，且不止一次，搬拉桿箱十分吃力。酒店裝修舊，客房門很緊，需用力開關門。客房還可。出地鐵後需走一段路，在南昌老舊小區裏，電瓶車亂竄。遺失手機充電器阿姨找到放前台，下午取回。燈光暗。整幢樓都是酒店。

晚上去的，前台小姐姐態度非常非常好，所以我對酒店的第一印象很好。酒店周邊不臨馬路，不會有車經過的聲音，比較安靜，睡的很安穩。房間設施就和平時酒店差不多，沒有特別亮眼的地方。前台可以免費寄存行李，放一天也不會被催，很方便。整體感覺很不錯。

房間很好，面積大，乾淨，設施古色古香，很舒服。春節期間該飯店早飯是我所住過的飯店最實在的。飯店前面是條河，正在進行雨污分流施工。離地鐵站很近。衹是飯店到地鐵站的途徑老居民區，道路偏窄，看上去不高大上。

春節和家人一起自駕出遊南昌，原訂了兩天的民宿，結果被空調外機吵的一夜未睡，立馬在攜程訂了這家酒店，房間很大，價格也實惠，除了位於老城區地方稍微偏一點其他沒毛病，南昌出遊地鐵出行YYDS
