設施：沒有電梯，樓梯巨長，行李多重的慎重考慮一下。廁所衹有一盞昏黃的小燈，很昏暗。特意訂了帶窗的房間，結果給我無窗房，後來去問老闆，老闆還説以為我喜歡，特意給我的，我？？？誰喜歡沒窗的昏暗房間，問都沒問過我，這個理由真離譜了。見過主動房型升級，沒見過主動房型降級的。因為沒窗户，房間一股悶悶的異味，廁所有時會反味，空調抽風機一直開着但也不行。
門沒有安全栓，是那種一次能打開的，不太安全。
環境：隔離不行，很吵，一邊靠過道的，別人拖行李箱的聲音聽得一清二楚，一邊靠牆，裏面估計是下水道，半夜嘩啦啦的聲音特別響。有蚊子，挺能飛的，打死了兩三衹。
因為是各種考試周，所以真的是坐地起價，我先訂了169雙床房，酒店不確認，立馬退款漲價，最後衹能訂帶窗大床房，結果還給我整了個沒窗的。

價格來説就是國慶期間已經算是挺划算的了，一百五十一個晚上，但是因為酒店的地理位置，下面有蠻多燒烤店的，所以會有點吵，其它的都還行，性價比不錯

衞生間污水渠堵塞污水排出來泡濕洗手間及房間，無法使用衞生間，下半夜更換了房間😱😱😱，希望設施多檢查一下及時維護，避免帶給旅客不便。申請退房費。

提前訂的酒店，因為薛之謙演唱會大漲價，到店説沒有訂的房型，換個“三人間”。不入住打客服電話投訴，因為怕投訴又告知客服有大床房。廁所味道很大，空調製冷沒什麼軟用，設施也差的可憐，就是出租房改造酒店。
