Family Friendly Hotels in Nanchang

Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

I am glad to have booked 3 rooms at this hotel as when the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staffs. The hotel staffs also helped us in booking didi rides numerous times as we are foreigners without WeChat pay or AliPay facilities in our mobile phone. The service attitude of all the staff are excellent and helpful. I would like to thank 丝丝，小王 and all the staff for giving us a wonderful experience in your hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in any Mehood hotels! Lastly I would like to thank the front desk staff whom I did not get her name with the mobile number ending 7109, who helped to call for medical assistance in the middle of the night.

Very modern and superb facilities. Very reasonable price indeed considering the extremely high quality of the rooms and of the excellent service. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below). The hotel is located near Nanchang Railway Station in the center of Nanchang City, close to Bayi Avenue and the subway station. It is very convenient to take the subway to tourist attractions. The hotel is a standard five-star hotel, but the facilities are relatively old and the overall sanitary condition is good.

The first impression is very good. The front desk service is very warm. There is a need to answer the questions. The room is clean and the decoration is also a new simple style. The sound insulation is no problem. There is Line 4 on the right hand side of several attractions, but with children do not want to squeeze the subway to take a taxi to the starting price of each attraction, but the Spring Festival travel must increase the price. It is recommended to avoid the Spring Festival. It is good to live here. It is not in popular attractions and will not block the noise. There is a big shopping mall in the subway station, but there is no time to go shopping. There should be some restaurants for eating. Need to improve is that the toilet sink switch is not easy to open, the toilet shower water is very comfortable to wash.

This top revolving hotel is well located in the older part of Nanchang. It’s a block from the night “ walking street” & 2 blocks from thousand bless palace food place. Good 10 minutes walking distance to local tourist attraction “ King Teng palace” by the River. Breakfast is good but not spectacular, only one option for coffee though. Top feature was the revolving restaurant though a little aged , is still an attraction. I believe this hotel can do better to enhance its image through a little modernization. Lighting controls in our room is a little confusing. Thermostat cooling was not favourable at times, heating for bathing water can be a little delayed at times. Other than that, all was well.

途徑八一廣場，由於時間太晚想着臨時休息一下，來到了這家酒店，這個價格的房間其實本就沒什麼期待，沒想到真的讓我找到了極致性價比的寶藏店。 位置：八一廣場旁邊的北京東路上，走路到廣場和武商也就三分鐘吧，兩三百米的樣子，酒店在小區裏面，超級安靜，窗外衹聽見鳥叫，休息的很好。 房間：面積不算大，跟圖上差不多，不過對我而言足夠了，而且方便又温馨，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，這個房間據説是酒店重新翻新過的。衞生不錯挺乾淨的。 服務：真的要重點講一下服務！！可能是住的店多了，我對此類酒店的服務沒有任何期待，但是從我入住到離開，碰到的每一位工作人員都會熱情的向我問好，前台的帥哥美女青春洋溢，打掃房間的大姐也和藹可親，真的震驚到我了！不為了別的，為了這服務我下次也會繼續選擇這家店。 爆贊爆贊！！

This stay was very satisfying. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was greeted by a comfortable and fragrant scent, which gave me a relaxing feeling. The flowers in the lobby were beautifully arranged. There was freshly brewed flower tea in the lobby every day, and I had to pour a cup every day when I went out. After checking in, the waiter helped me carry my suitcase to the elevator hall. The service was very good. The front desk was very friendly. A welcome gift was given upon check-in, and daily fruits were placed in the guest rooms. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. The disposable supplies in the room were also very good. The bathroom was large and had a bathtub 🛁. There were also many breakfast varieties, and everyone was very happy to eat. The small playground in the lobby can bring a moment of happiness to young children!

The front desk staff was warm and courteous. The hotel room is comfortable and clean, as warm as returning home. The special point is that the breakfast room is arranged appropriately, quiet and refreshing. The meal is also very rich and there are many choices. Next time you come to Hero Xiong's city Nanchang, you must choose Shuyue Hotel (Bayi Square Nanchang Branch)

The room was spacious and the kids enjoyed their stay. The main reason is that it is very close to the Provincial Children's Hospital, so it is very convenient to take children to see a doctor. The downside is that there are fewer types of breakfast, and there is nothing to eat.
