Family-friendly Hotels in Nanchang

The main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. Hotel staff and restaurant staff 5 stars

The receptionist was super kind; we got an upgrade free of charge. The room was good. In particular, I like the room very much: spacious, very clean and well-lit. The breakfast was good too. Overall, a good value for money.

The stay at Courtyard by Marriott Nanchang was very pleasant, especially the front desk attendant Xiao Xiong, whose service attitude and professionalism were impressive. From check-in to check-out, Xiao Xiong always had a smile on her face, patiently answered our questions, and quickly handled all our needs, making people feel at home. The overall environment of the hotel is elegant, the rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and the sound insulation is also very good. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and there are various dining and shopping options around. Whether it is business travel or leisure travel, Courtyard by Marriott Nanchang is a recommended choice, especially Xiao Xiong's caring service adds a lot to this stay.

The hotel is in a great location. Although the room was much more expensive than the day before, considering the location and the room's acceptability, I decided to stay for another day. The front desk clerk was very dedicated and asked if we needed to change the bed sheets and quilt covers, and immediately arranged for someone to clean so that we could rest at noon. The parking lot is also very large. As long as it is not too far from the entrance, you can always find a parking space. The facilities are old, but I want towels. Timely updates of bed sheets and quilt covers will make up for the shortcomings of old facilities.

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Nanchang during National Week. A decent stay all in all. The decor is a bit old fashioned and the walls a little thin. But the room was large and comfortable, the service was very good, and it’s right next to a metro station, making travel easy. Best of all, the windows are very thick which drowns out the city noise well (Nanchang drivers seem to love blaring their horns) Breakfast was a little disappointing. We were told it was open till 12 but when we went down at 9:30 there were very few options left. If you’re a late riser it might be best to get takeaway.

The room is very clean and the location is relatively good. There is Metro Line 2 not far from the door, which makes it convenient to go anywhere. The service attitude during the Chinese New Year was very good, and snacks and drinks were given to the children, which is worthy of praise. The cleaning lady Aunt Yu's attitude is even better. Although the occupancy rate during the Chinese New Year was very high, the sanitation was not bad at all. The only regret is that the breakfast on the second morning of the Chinese New Year was not prepared in time because there were many people, and many things were gone. However, it has improved on the third day of the Chinese New Year, which is still worthy of praise. I will choose Hilton hotels in the future. Overall, it is good, and the quality and service are online ☺

Hotel locates beside the Ganjiang River. the scenery is amzing,and Their service was aweful, especially Ms. Clover. if any chance，I will choose again.

Good location, by the Ganjiang River, wide view, beautiful river view. July at the front desk is super enthusiastic❤️, you can draw a lottery at the front desk when booking a room, the promotion method is very special. The swimming pool is super big, the experience is great.

Awesome facilities and service. Notice that swimmers are required to wear a swim cap. The breakfast buffet on Level 2 is fantastic!

This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆
