During this trip to Nanchang, I chose to stay at Crowne Plaza Holiday Inn, and the overall experience was great! 📍The location is excellent, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is close to many popular attractions. It is very convenient to take a taxi or take public transportation, which saves us a lot of time for travel. 🏨The room is spacious and bright, the hygiene is good, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can get a good rest here after a day of play. The facilities are also complete, the toiletries are of good quality, and free bottled water is provided. 💁♂️The staff Xiaoyi's service is warm and thoughtful. From the patient answers at check-in to the various needs during the hotel, we feel the caring care. 🍽The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good, which can meet the needs of different people. Very, very, very, reliable hotel. Better than 99% of the hotels I've stayed in. 1. The room is comfortable, spacious, and has all the necessary facilities. Although it's not luxurious, the view is great. 2. The hotel's service staff is extremely professional and treats guests as friends. This is rare among all the hotels I've stayed in. Most five-star hotels are very polite, but this hotel thinks from your perspective. For example, if I have a bicycle, they will coordinate a reliable plan for how to store it. The cleaning lady will remember your approximate living hours, and the lobby manager and the doorman will chat with you. 3. The Meiling Mountain Scenic Area is behind it. There is no downtown nearby. If you like mountains and rivers and outdoor friends, this place is absolutely suitable, and there is a large hot spring. It is definitely good for recovery to come back from a day of playing in the hot spring.

The main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. Hotel staff and restaurant staff 5 stars

Clean, well, appointed, very friendly staff, and very comfortable. The only complaint was the lack of food options near the hotel, and the old ladies who refuse to let you walk to the main entrance without hounding you to buy something.

The reservation was made at the Pullman and was upgraded to the Steigenberger Hotel. This is the third time I have stayed at the Steigenberger Hotel. To be honest, the hygiene of this hotel is worse than every time, it is visibly dirty. There was a layer of dust on the mirror, there were spots on the carpet, and the edges and seams of the room were all gray. The hotel concierge is useless and has a very bad attitude.

I have always liked the style of Courtyard by Marriott. The hotel rooms are comfortable, the environment is elegant, and the location is very superior. Metro Line 2 is downstairs, and it is very close to Tengwang Pavilion and May Day Square. The most important point is that before the subway is opened at Changbei Airport, the airport bus stop is downstairs, which is very convenient to the airport. Can you bear it? When checking in, the front desk guy was very polite and thoughtful. He upgraded us to an executive king room for free. It was very nice. Courtyard by Marriott is the first choice when you come to Nanchang.

The hotel is in a great location. Although the room was much more expensive than the day before, considering the location and the room's acceptability, I decided to stay for another day. The front desk clerk was very dedicated and asked if we needed to change the bed sheets and quilt covers, and immediately arranged for someone to clean so that we could rest at noon. The parking lot is also very large. As long as it is not too far from the entrance, you can always find a parking space. The facilities are old, but I want towels. Timely updates of bed sheets and quilt covers will make up for the shortcomings of old facilities.

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Nanchang during National Week. A decent stay all in all. The decor is a bit old fashioned and the walls a little thin. But the room was large and comfortable, the service was very good, and it’s right next to a metro station, making travel easy. Best of all, the windows are very thick which drowns out the city noise well (Nanchang drivers seem to love blaring their horns) Breakfast was a little disappointing. We were told it was open till 12 but when we went down at 9:30 there were very few options left. If you’re a late riser it might be best to get takeaway.
