非常非常差，樓下住的一邊是馬路商家，另一邊是小吃街，6點左右就在忙開門，非常吵。説是5樓其實跟三樓差不多，開個捲簾門你都聽的清清楚楚。廁所反味，洗澡的時候都有下水道味，不關廁所門你睡覺會被臭醒。設施其實也很久了就是套了一層新皮，還有毛巾，是那種被洗用很久很久的那種味道。很舊最重要的是床不乾淨，上面有小蟲和灰塵還很硬。根本沒法安心地睡。避雷！！#衞生很差#位置交通不好#床不乾淨，還是硬的

怎麼説呢 早就網上預訂了 去了以後説相關房型沒有了 讓補繳20換房型。但是該説不説 應該是你們的問題 應該向我們道歉然後免費升級。我有晚退房權限可以14點退房 但是前台12點打電話説因為現在顧客多生意好 不提供延遲退房。不能接受這個理由 不管顧客多不多都應該向顧客提供服務。

房間的空調老化嚴重，開起來嗡嗡的響，中午商量能不能延遲一兩個小時退房，一個小時要收20塊，四五星級的不是沒住過，一般都是允許延遲到下午兩點退，房間標準小旅館，住宿規定五星級是吧？這都不説了，中午退房都退了，還又是打電話又是加微信説枕套洗不乾淨（就是衣服沾了顏色上去）還要賠20，我這輩子沒這麼無語
