這店位置開在南昌大學一附院象湖院區的院內，去一號樓和門診醫技樓都很方便。有地下停車場，不過衹能從北大門開進去，其他門進不了。基本設施中規中矩，總體來説還行吧，主打就是位置好，酒店裡沒有餐廳，不能吃飯，吃飯要去醫院食堂或者外面餐館。
