房子裝修很新，住宿很舒適，物美價廉，在小區裏，附近很安靜。本來考試附近酒店都搶完了，剩下幾間普通單人間都要四五百，偏不讓他們宰！剛好老闆這家公寓不遠，開車過來也近，單人間一百不到！老闆人好説話，服務周到，就該老闆掙錢，五星好評。
