晚上十一點定的酒店 四點多我説要退 時間是超過了 四點多給我説稍後給解決 後面直接沒人理 我也沒説要求全額退 退一部分 都不願意 關鍵是我根本沒入住啊 打電話説這個退錢的事情也是 説是我的責任 那四點我打電話説的時候怎麼不説清楚 説的後面會有人給我打電話解決 所以我也沒入住 還説專門給我留房 那請問每天你們的房間都是被定滿了的嗎？真的搞笑 準備打12306投訴了 真的是 讓我找客服説能退一部分錢 結果客服説商家這邊也不同意 你不同意你讓我去找客服幹嘛…….

第一次去南部辦事情 這個酒店讓我真的很無語 超級超級無語 事情是這樣的 我們一開始定的那個房間 他們廁所跟浴室 洗漱燈都是壞的 然後我們立馬就聯繫了前台 説燈是壞的 她給我來了句開房間大燈裏面還是看不見嗎之類的 大概意思就是讓我們講究一晚 然後我説看不見 她才來房間檢查 然後跟我們講沒辦法 這個壞了 叫師傅來修 但是師傅還沒來 然後我就説那怎麼解決這個事情呢 她沒説話 我就提出説要不你給我們換一間 他給我來個要加20 我懵了 你給我們一個壞了燈的房間 處於賠償給我們換房間還要我們加錢 真無語 然後我就説那給我們退房吧 那個女的才説免費給我們換房間 然後就是馬桶墊居然也要三塊錢 包裝袋上根本沒有標價 而且在我們入住的時候也沒有給我們講要錢 最後退房才給我們説馬桶墊三塊錢 坑死了 因為之前住的酒店馬桶墊一直都是免費的 這家酒店 沒有標價錢 一開始入住的時候也沒有告知我們 衞生也超級差 真的很臟很臟 被子一掀開全是下面圖片上的那種 床單也是壞的 真的很不推薦這家酒店 一點不衞生 黑店 坑人 入住的朋友們 要考慮清楚 看圖吧 各位 體驗感真的差極了 差評差評差評 真的一星都不想給
