我一般很少差評，即使態度差一點，差不多也就過去了。我記得幾個月前出差南部也是訂的她家，第二天想續訂價格比第一天高我就沒訂。第二次來還是選了她家，因為忘記之前她家前台態度很差的情況了。你既然有免費停車場，你就要給客人安排停車，如果確實為難，你應該詳細表達自己的難處，衹要合情合理，都是可以商量的。我訂3天的房，你房費是照扣了的，我不來住你也有義務給我預留一個停車位，房間即使空了，房費你照收。如果我衹訂了一天，那麼第二天來沒有停車位我不找你，協商一下退掉就好。如果你沒有確認的停車場，請不要説有免費停車場。我經常出差，有的地方沒有地方停車，人家直接現金給我去付費停車，我還有什麼好説的。讓我找平台退單，結果她拒絕了。我累了一天回來，餓着肚子在哪裡為這個訂單的事情浪費時間精力，開着車又從新到別的地方訂賓館，她坐前台兩張嘴一説就可以了。我真的從來沒有這麼生氣過，我認為大家都一樣的，但是這種人連最基本的尊重都不會。給
