帶孩子出來，訂了一個大床房和一個標間，大致還滿意。酒店沒有洗衣房，不提供洗衣服務，要洗的話一條褲子收費28元，夏天的短褲也一樣，其他價格我就沒問了，洗衣服的價格跟房費嚴重不成正比。我還問了這個價格是手洗嗎？回答説是機洗。還有一個就是房間的煙灰缸質量太差了，老公抽煙放個煙頭一燙就壞了，孩子房間那個煙灰缸他們放一個點了的火柴也燙裂了（剛開始孩子怕捱罵沒跟我説實話，跟我説是掉到地毯摔裂的，後來退房的時候才告訴我他們那個也是燙裂的），退房的時候酒店前台説煙灰缸57一個，壞了東西賠償我覺得沒問題，問題在於質量這麼差的普通玻璃煙灰缸要57元？值幾塊錢一個的煙灰缸翻十倍多的價格合適嗎？酒店房費不貴，但是服務的質量和東西的價格真的跟房費完全不成正比。
