酒店位置優越，環境很好，服務很差。別墅區找房間靠自助，水龍頭和洗手池不匹配，會濺一身水，電視機和遙控器各耍各的，昨日總枱人員還可以，今日總枱很生硬，且驕傲。另外，續住房間固定時間續兩瓶礦泉水，不續住再不提供免費，需要給錢，自成一派，這樣的規矩倒還沒遇到。樓道衞生很差，昨天入住見到有煙盒在地，離店時仍在。服務設施配不上“假日”招牌。升鍾湖很好，下次不再住假日

酒店臨湖邊位置不錯，停車也方便，早餐豐盛可口，品種也多！美中不足的是，房間設施偏陳舊了點，浴巾毛巾比較老舊，房門鎖功能不全，這方面改進一下就好了！！

酒店位置很好，佔地很寬，但是傢俱太舊了，有些壞了，裝修也顯得老氣橫秋，燈光昏暗，地板深色，看起來一點都不好，早餐米粉還不錯。

設施老舊，別墅這邊幾乎全自助，晚上9點過來入住，前台給了房卡也沒人帶着入住房間（告知別墅區沒有服務人員）別墅區明明入住三棟前台告知是2棟，結果刷卡房間有其他人。入住的房間沒有陽台，衹有窗户，房間太小了可能就衹有20平米，圖片目光所及之處就是房間的全部大小，晚上熱水開到最大還是特別小，這個天氣洗熱水澡還有點冷（如圖）涼拖鞋如下圖，臟的都不敢穿！房間裏面的設施陳舊，總之500一晚上的房間體驗感太差！
