房間不大，但是乾淨温馨，雖然沒有窗户，夏天開空調也用不着窗户呀，價格比有窗户還便宜幾十塊，用來奶茶更香，哈哈哈，老闆比較貼心房間還有免費的礦泉水。算是這周圍平價又舒服的酒店了。預算不高，追求性價比可以沖，

馬桶壞的，衞生也不行，明明是個麻將館，非要整成酒店，凌晨三點才安靜，早上七點茶坊的人就在鬼叫了，一晚上那些酒鬼夜貓子一會又在關門説話聲音又大，關個門就像打雷一樣！唯一好的就是前台禮貌客氣

一個酒店需要的是，衞生，安靜，性價比和服務，如果都不佔的話，低分不是沒有原因。但凡前台退一步，我都不會寫下這篇評論，問題是跟消費者爭個輸贏有用嗎？
1.衞生，來南部出差兩天，第一天產生的垃圾未主動收拾，第二天傍晚在本人要求下才收拾，否則衹能留到我離開。
2.安靜，視頻為證，酒店隔音較差，深夜旁邊的工作阿姨用對講機説話，就像在耳邊吵架一樣。就沒有客人反應過嗎？
3.性價比和服務，第一晚上我於攜程預訂特惠房75一晚，第二天續同樣的單間被告知需要95，且酒店關閉了攜程平台相關房源，我讓前台開一下房源，她斷然拒絕，聲稱今天就是這個價格，不能更改，我因為天氣太熱不想搬，衹能向前台直接掃碼90元一晚。結果我回房間打開攜程平台一看，酒店房型和價格又迴歸到第一天一致，並且顯示特惠房75元、標間、大床房都衹需要86元，現在我都不能理解為什麼前台一定要我付款90元去住一個最廉價的房間？明明同樣的價格我明可以去住大床房？下樓去前台處理，更可氣的是，前台女的告知我，一不能退差價！二不能換房間！我衹能當冤大頭。
意思是，在有房源，有能力處理之下，前台選擇了最不人性化和最沒有人情味的操作方法，讓顧客承擔了所有的麻煩，或許她勝利了，又或許根本不在乎消費者的感受！那我下次衹能避雷了。
