出差十幾天來住過最差勁的，衞生紙沒有，空調不能用，空調是擺設，房間還有蟲子，就連喝的水都沒有，還要掏錢買

最大問題:
房間隔音太差，牆外的車噪音大，尤其是貨車刺耳；隔壁房間的説話和走路關門都能聽得清楚，輾轉反側睡不着，一夜醒5次。半夜被隔壁訂房的吵醒了，睡眠不足。
其他問題:沒法停車，停旁邊商場樓下一夜花了14元，停車不方便，底下三層，走上來，電梯比樓梯遠。走車道還是危險。
距離望月錦綉長城比較近。

15-20平米的房子你告訴我攜程是錯的 實際也就8-10平米 窗户在走廊窗簾都拉不嚴 絕了 衹能説能住 這房子也就值個三四十塊錢

房間空調也不行，要不是就近不想跑了又帶着兩孩子我是真心不想住，環境衞生也差，熱水壺都沒有，房間鞋子也沒有，服務態度也差，最重要的是寫的大床房，結果來了前台接待説不是的，這不是欺騙消費者麼，就1.5米的床也叫大床房

房間環境普普通通吧 也還行 乾乾淨淨 在同等價位已經是極致性價比了 沒什麼可以挑的，二樓是茶坊廚房 也挺乾淨的 有什麼都可以給老闆説也可以用一下 出差 走親都還行，確實很可以了

2023年10月1日四川省南充市南部縣蜀北辦事處蜀北大道351號自己通過去哪兒網預訂了南部縣蜀北大道351號德豪賓館兩間房（訂單編號：103502619224、103502011006），入住時間為2023年10月1日，入住當天自己聯繫酒店方時，對方告知兩間房都已沒有，遂向去哪兒網客服反映，客服稱酒店告知衹有一間房可辦理入住，自己再次聯繫酒店確認時，對方仍稱兩間房都已沒有，後自己選擇其他酒店辦理入住，在要求酒店退款時，賓館工作人員以有房未住為由，拒絕退款，稱兩間房可辦理入住，後報警處理，警察趕到以後，賓館工作人員否認沒有房間這一情況，於是我將在酒店前台入住時的錄音拿了出來，錄音裏清清楚楚説沒房，看到這種情況，賓館工作人員説給我安排入住的人不是賓館工作人員，是閑雜人員，和賓館沒有關係，仍然不支持退款，故希望相關部門核實要求酒店退款並給予賠償。
