特別感謝，退房後服務員發現我水杯落下了，及時電話聯繫，前台通過順風車捎給我。每次到南部都住在這裏，環境不錯，就在嘉陵江畔，酒店設施也很好用，對前台和客房服務員深表謝意！

環境很好，靠近公路邊都可以看到江景，但酒店設施確實有點老舊需要重新更換了，開始房間電視放不起，後面換了一間遙控板又有問題，損壞未檢修，希望重視一下。

乾淨衞生整潔，屋內設施很多都是新的，應該是定期更換過，落地窗的景色很美，重點説一下前台小姐姐服務很貼心，聲音很好聽，我這兩天嗓子發炎，説話聲音很小，小姐姐耐心的回答每一個問題。
